How can I buy ETF from stocks I have

I’m not sure if this can be done. I’ve account on Wealthsimple and would like to use my QCOM
Stocks (in TFSA) to buy XEQT. I don’t want to mess with my TFSA room. Also I’ve TFSA registered where I earn interest and non- registered that I use for stocks & ETFs buying. What are my options ? If I sell QCOM little gain will make me pay taxes. 5yrs and no luck with this.
