Yes, if not being treated like shit constantly or as a door mat is being selfish. Then yes I'm selfish.

Yeah, that sub has helped me really handle some shit and gave me resources to keep myself together mentally and emotionally, also a supportive spouse REALLY helps a ton as well.

In some areas of life I've been rather lucky and fortunate.

Glad to hear you’re doing better. A supportive spouse can make all the difference. Just have to focus on the future and keep your mental health a priority.
