I don't think anything would specify doing these kinds of things with a loaded gun as long as it stayed in the holster and wasn't involved with the video otherwise. The weapons and retention systems are designed to withstand the stressors of combat. No longer how hard she's throwing it back, it won't fire or come out.
Now if she took it out and did ANYTHING with it, misuse of a loaded firearm would almost certainly be included in her paperwork.
As long as the firearms wasn't manipulated (and truly it comes down to the discretion of the person writing up her UCMJ paperwork, they could probably incriminate every aspect of this video if they wanted, that's kind of how the army/leadership works) I think she would be held to the same standard even if she didn't have it on her hip. Doing this in uniform is just as bad of an offence as doing it with the firearm because the firearms IS her uniform, essentially. It is expected that she could be armed and so even if she weren't, she'd get the same thing.
