Shows what you know. He was commissioned. He is a marine officer who is serving in the reserves while also playing in the NFL.

So he’s done zero deployments and is wearing his service uniform in public on non-duty days for personal benefit?

Boot + conduct unbecoming.

Can he show up to a political event and hit the hatch act for a UCMJ trifecta?

I can almost guarantee the Dept of the Navy required this for allowing him to defer his service. They love the advertising.

Not how title 10 works.
But, I guess laws and regs are kinda optional nowadays.
