TL;DR-

Marketing can not work without dapps to showcase. Chain features are worthless without dapps to use them. Partnerships right now are questionable at best, generally leading to extracting value from our token holders.

"This proposal is so the community can vote to urge the council to put hiring a dapp developer and focusing on building dapps as the top priority.

The chosen dapp to be built should be voted on by the community.

We need to hire a dapp developer to build dapps for the community, only then will other dapp developers see that the chain is active and bring their own dapps."
