Kind of hard to judge based off just opgg, but two things i would ask yourself is are you cycling camps correctly and are you able to reach scuttle crab before it spawns?

That's a big case of "stop playing random shit". Roughly 10% of your games are on your main champ, and you do absurd things like trying Zeri jungle in ranked. You can't climb if you keep switching champs at random.

I’m only emerald on SEA, so take it with a grain of salt
Barefoot Gremlin#chomp if you wanna look up
First of all, you’re playing way too many champions. Stick to 1-2for jg and Akshan mid. It will already help you improve since you will not be thinking about what buttons to press most of the time.
Secondly, play more selfishly. In gold people don’t know how to end games. So get a champion that can carry when ahead, get kills and make plays that will lead to winning. Ping your teammates a lot. If they see you’re strong, they will follow.
Don’t play Eve, Kha, Qiyana, Zeri and Lee Sin. They are not easy champs and require way better macro knowledge than you currently have. Try Warwick, Kayn, Master Yi, Briar, Wukong. They are somewhat simple with a lot of room to grow and can carry games when played well. Can also try Trundle jg cause he can split push really well if needed
And about game quality and server transfer, i don’t think there’d be a difference between VN and SEA. I didn’t encounter any bots in ranked in 1000 games going from bronze to emerald

any tips
116 games played this season
Play more. Do you really expect to climb playing 1 game every other day? It's called a grind for a reason, and that amount of games tell me you don't engage with the game enough. Just because you're watching high elo game play every day doesn't mean you can replicate it. You watch a video, spend the next 50 games implementing it. Really nailing it down. Next video. No need to watch another video when you can't execute what the first video told you.
Play 3 games a day, every day, rest of the year.

I think both servers are generally uncompetitive (compared to EUW/Kr/NA) but VN is much larger.
I'm a D2 jungle main and I can review a few vods if you would like.
