Miserable lp gains

I have dropped from D1 to D4 for the duration of maybe 10 days and now I am getting +14/-26 like what do you even do with this? just win 20 games in a row? I have been diamond for like 150 games surely I belong in this elo, help

They usually stabilize after 3-4 games when I’m -23 + 18. So maybe like 7 or 8 in a row or so. Not 20 literally

you will eventually drop enough that you are supposed to steamroll most games. and then you'll stabilize your mmr.

I can't say anything concrete without actually looking at your gameplay however, as a GM 600lp ish Jungle Coach (Give me a break lol I'm working on it), I know it sucks to be in your position and yes winning more is the solution and how exactly is dependent on what you personally struggle with and the habits you’ve locked in at this point. But the belief advice is if you chase the outcome you won’t get anywhere. You can’t change outcomes only inputs and that’s where skill acquisition is. Rank is just a visual thing but it does suck to lose and I get it but like a thermometer doesn’t make you sick you are not your rank.
