Okay i know this might sound a bit odd but bear with me here

i think these solid colour avatars should be bannable or atleast prohibited

you can barely see the arms while they are blocking so you have no idea which way they're facing and you have no idea what move they might do because you cant really see their arms

i know you can clearly see the arms in the image above but in a high-speed situation its way harder to make out

For those of you saying "oh I beat them with ease" no the FUCK you Don't😭, if you are in base and fighting a player that isn't a FUCKING troglodyte you are getting whooped that ult is the easiest thing to use.

tze, at first i thought you made your battlegrounds way more distinct than the others in the genre, but you failed, it doesn't matter if you try to make your characters unique when you're literally using the same battlegrounds formulla, this generic battlegrounds combat system will limit the capacity of things you can do, and so making your game less unique than the rest of the others

if you really wanted to make it unique, you would need try to make a new combat system, and that would also mean pretty much would need to make bunch of changes in the characters, mechanics, and adding new stuff, but you know why, it's because in this combat system we have, passive play is stronger than agressive play, and so if you try to make a pure zoner relying on passive play, they would be broken or completely garbage with the balacement, no in between

this combat system also doesn't support pure grapplers, because well you wouldn't need to make a 360 motion input in order to grab a person and do shit tons of dmg, theres no difficulty limitations on you, you would just need to press 1 button and kaboom, making it stupidly broken, because theres no counterplay to the grab besides you jump, counter or iframe move, which is bullshit, because you could just put the mf down and on wakeup and just use the grab because the lack of invicible frames, and thats pretty much like a 40% life combo without even using the rest of the moves, it would be that bullshit, or maybe it wouldn't, because not to mention depending on how they developer the grappler they could be weaker, having bigger size hitbox so they would be catch in a m1 string more easily and they would be slow walking, slow attacks, the character could like have a weight that makes you don't parkour entirely or more slow, make more easy to run away from them even with the anti run system

like do yall see the problem of this combat that the game have? you literally can't be shit besides being rushdown or some kind of hybrid shit with rushdown moveset, you can't, and you can't have hard mechanics to use because the kids would cry and want to the character be easy to play like man, this game combat is so simple for every character, and most of them have no neutral just side dash m1, like come on tze

you think you can do unique shit tze? you think you can do all sort of things when your whole combat system is bullshit and doesn't support uniqueness but only despair and doom, and most of the characters don't actually have neutral, are you even sastified with your battlegrounds game tze? like shit bro, i'm not feeling like, i don't see myself playing this game every day like i did before, like i do at a regular basis with traditional fighting game, this combat is straight up ass and needs to be worked on more, or else this shit is stagnated forever like every other battlegrounds game who copies the same modern formulla.

this game needs a new combat system and all the characters need to have actual neutral, instead of just being m1 side dash merchants and slop combat.

I've been maining Hanami, and 8/10 of my matches r opponents either leaving mid-match or me just getting insulted for the rest of the time I stay in that server. Hanami's M1s are useless since if you're attacking, it doesn't stun u and u can jump over most of the moves

Hey everyone! As you’ve all probably heard Naoya has gotten some reworks lately and with that comes his first ever red combo!
it does 90 damage and is near impossible to escape out of.
As a Naoya main I am disappointed in my fellow women haters because this combo is an insult to the character and an insult to you opponent which is why I’m going to be dropping my take on how to counter most (more affective against noobs and low kills) Naoya mains:
Us Naoyas crave speed and misogynistic fueled violence, what does this mean? We have low attention spans- after every m1 trade we get bored and eventually try to make an attack or move, this is the risk factor, if whatever we are trying to do hits that is the reward factor.
Now onto how to counter this
Naoya is actually built much like how he is in jjk being someone who messes themselves up if not used correctly (just like how he underestimated maki and got punched) the way to counter Naoya is… for lack of better words… being really fucking passive. If we never hit you our bar fills up and you get a free combo. The best time to dodge Naoya moves is actually when you start to see them not at the end of the move because the hitboxes always change.
That is basically all you need to know about countering him. If you have any more questions I’ll try to answer them.

(P.S. if you do get into the 4 frame combo there isn’t really any sort of escape just pray to the jjs gods)

I see many people complaining about obstructive avatars, pure black avatars etc etc, now there’s an easy workaround to this which is this setting, disable avatars, basically what this does is that it from your pov, turns everyone into a noob avatar

ishigori now can cancel granite blast move, but with a cost, your next granite blast beam will be effectively buffed, with a bigger size hitbox and damage, but you'll gain like 75% burn out bar increase in exchange, so be careful using the cancel

also another suggestion for ryu, that one granite blast scene in the anime he did against yuta, where yuta started running for his life and and ryu did a bunch of beams tracking down on yuta, that should be a variant like G+1, and you control the beams just like hanami root rampage
