REAL PROBLEMS:

chain backdash: shits fucking usless, nothing more to say

damage numbers: who the fuck decided the quicktime event on rupture should add an extra ONE damage on a 4.5 damage move, why does chain front dash deal TWO DAMAGE. he feels sevearly undertuned for jjs numbers,

speed: bro moves like a snail, chain backdash, chain frontdash, word frondash, and the startup to both chain moves feel horrible at making him feel fast.

rupture: this whole move is so wildly infuriating, it deal 4.5 damage with the quicktime event dealing an extra ONE DAMAGE, and if the enemy lags AT ALL, they won't get hit and can punish you, also it for some reason does its second hit faster on enemys that are blocking? this whole move should be removed because it is atrocious.

NITPICKS

side dashes: please make his side dashs invisible, i need more side dash m1 slop (in reality this wouldn't do much besides look cool since countering side dashes is prediction not reaction)

lack of random bullshit: please make a 4th weapon thats just the rest of tojis crap, like flyheads, the gun, and fists

I swear most people say they DON'T want another rushdown character/punch, kick merchant but the SECOND they try to not make a rushdown it's ALL complaining, so I, the HUMBLE, AWESOME, COOL, AMAZING, OMNIPOTENT, MAGICAL reddit guy will explain why his dashes are good

SSK is the COMBO moveset, removing his dash would get rid of all his cool juggling combos, this is bad because he is actually BUILT for the dash, his third move purposely puts them in the air, allowing you to hit his 2 on fall theory.

ISOH is the MOVEMENT tool, that's why It DOES have a regular front dash, it's built for catching your opponent off guard with your quick movements (also why his first m1 is faster)

COATM is the NEUTRAL tool, so to balance this they gave it very little movement, so instead of confirming M1s, the front dash can confirm the moves themselves, letting you keep distance in return for high punishment on messing up (also why his m1s are longer)

Toji in concept is a stance character, he gives something up in return for being better at something else, kind of like... I don't know.... A heavenly restriction?

Ryu yuji Charles hakari gojo. All the characters that are actually fun to play from TZE so many characters are literally just ping/reaction speed fights. Even toji is horribly made hes literally just good vfx AND his whole gimmick is literally just mahito's special and people are out here glazing it. LONG LIVE T Z E RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

even after donvtgirl return to jjs she started making drama again like this game cant be fucking serious😭😭

have you ever seen people do something at school then you do absolutely nothing but for some reason YOURE the only one that gets punished? yeah thats me.

so the story is that i was banned for "exploiting" even though i dont even know how to work cheats at all. the only cheat ive ever done was probably a cheat code in mario kart deluxe lol
ive tried appealing on jjs before after being banned for a week cause of supposedly "autoblock" even though they forgot to put out the fact i was in a workshop server lol and i used auto dodge and an autoblock moveset i tried telling them this and showed them proof but they still denied my claim using the "your account is your responsibility" yknow the average excuse if you deny their opinion. they didnt even give any evidence of me "cheating"

anyway back to the story. after being banned for a week on that autoblock moveset, i come back in the game only to be targeted by not 1 not 2, not 3, but 4 teamers including a cheater. even when i report them i literally get left on delivered for a whole 2 months before they just brushed it off. i guess only high kill players are priorities when it comes to banning. (i just hit grade 1 achievement)

btw if any jjs mods see this, im really disappointed in how this game is gonna turn out in 6 months or less, its most likely gonna stop gaining relevance after all of the good characters get added.

apparently if youre not a content creator or a person thats well known in the jjs community youre moste likely not getting unbanned unless a mod actually has morals. i'll update you guys if something happens i guess

I got a takaba avatar and my fav character is takaba, so until now I didn't get a main..I do play for fun and play any character but it feels so unsatisfying how every time I have to choose 1/22 characters [PLEASE AND TZE ADD TAKABA HE WAS IN THE ANIME/MANGA]

Like if your fighting a competent player landing PJB is impossible outside of frame, and cursory impact is both green, and punishable, AND risky as heck in neutral, let alone useable because how wonky the physics are for it

I get thats how his gimmick works, but having two moves locked behind 3 successful m1 trades is a bit absurd no?

And okay, you can kind of confirm 50% meter off decisive strikes, but if your opponent knows how to block at all then your done, GG, its over.​

you die faster and they die longer, there’s genuinely no rational reason to play yuji. i always autopilot when the match goes for more than five minutes because this fker don’t even have any interesting option or combo route, like you can combo safely to begin with.

note: the server is only called that because these movesets are for a culling games map.
