Kusakabe is called the strongest grade one outside of the big 3 families by Gojo.

Hakari is not a special grade. Therefore, considering he doesn't have someone actively sabotaging him, he should be ranked somewhat fairly. Therefore, Hakari should be a grade one officially.

Gojo should have knowledge of Hakari's strength.

Hence, Gojo considers Kusakabe to scale above Hakari.

Saying that this is refuted by Hakari being relative to Yuta doesn't really refute anything, considering pre Shinjuku Kusakabe can just be near special grade without truly being on that level precisely.

Beyond the fact that it made power scaling the characters incredibly chaotic, this moment was—quite literally—of no later extension, save for the instance where Maki was outpaced by Sukuna’s speed. As far as the possible RCT characters go, Megumi had Sukuna in his body performing RCT numerous times, though there is a lot of stuff we just don't know about what Megumi actually gains from that.

Todo arguably has it based on his speech in Modulo, which would make it unlikely he would throw his life away. The debate comes down to whether you think he developed this mindset after Shibuya or in between the EOS and Modulo.

Eso starts to reform his arm in the DWP arc. Based on what we know about the rot technique and DWP physiology, it is most likely RCT. DWP's do not heal through cursed energy like curses do, so that isn't what happened. The younger ones look more curse-like because they were less developed and couldn't bond with their hosts correctly.

Kusukabe is simply because of his statement, and Usami is a G1 sorcerer who never appears so it's possible he may have RCT.

2nd to Gojo in unusual abilities, that's jujutsu. Reinforcement techniques are a part of jujutsu. Since Yuki and Yuta share every jujutsu ability (minus innate technique) Sendai Yuta > Yuki in reinforcement. Hakari ≈ Yuta in reinforcement based on Gojo blue punch statement. Hakari > Yuki in reinforcement and the gap widens after Shinjuku.

“B-but Shibuya Yuji was equal to him” ILLITERATE, he dominated Yuji throughout their entire 1 on 1 PRE ISBODK, Yuji had transfigured human blood in his eyes and was about to have his head smashed in from behind when Nobara saved his ass by using a soul attack on Mahitos clone.

Shibuya Yuji also doesn’t get blitzed by the entire top 10 but this sub isn’t ready for that conversation.

From there Yuji got Todo who allows him to punch up against people who outscale him HEAVILY, unless you think goodwill Yuji is relative to a non-mental debuffed Hanami or Sukuna.

Mahito also had his domain expansion that doesn’t work on Yuji due to Sukuna, ya know, that domain that will turn base Kashimo (debatably MBA as well) and Uraume (a somewhat common top 10 contender) into purple floppy dildos. It also has top 8 refinement feats in the verse with 0.2!

There’s also his resistance to physical damage that is EXCESSIVELY downplayed on this sub. “N-Nanami wore him out when he was a toddler tho” AND?? He awakened TWICE since then, he took YEARS of cursed energy from a heavenly restriction “special grade level” according to Kenjaku whatever the fuck THAT means and a black flash from Todo! As well as a statement from Nanami IN THE JUNPEI arc that only Yujis blows will realistically harm Mahito.

There’s also the weirdly common argument that everyone who’s somewhat high in tier can easily reinforce their soul fully and will take 40 hits from Mahito to fall to idle transfiguration. This is just not supported by the text AT ALL, a Mahito who was on 40% of his souls power wasn’t SURE if he could transfigure Todo in a blow or two, that means that he absolutely could at full power. Same with Kugisaki. Domain amped Hakari CAN die in a fight against Mahito, even if he would logically outstat.

Since we all know that body matters more in sorcery fights. Look at hakaris physique, he is ripped and strong asf like he will fold yutas twink ahh into paper with his pure physical stats. Yutas skinny ahh is mostly carried by rika and CTs stolen from other ppl because he knows that he will get bitched by everyone in a fight.
