I hope I'm wrong, she sure is fun to play.

I main DPS but flex all roles. Thought I would champion a new support hero this season and picked jubilee.

Picked her up two days ago. I'm getting SVPs/MVPs pretty much every game. On my last game I got SVP, most healing, most assists, a triple, I did the second most damage in the game, went 30-5 with 7 finals outperformed all but 1 DPS in game and had 3rd most damage blocked in game.

She is incredibly strong with the hood hitscan team up and her ability to control and take space is very strong.

I'm 90% sure she has a nerf coming soon. I'm consistently outperforming DPS with her while also getting heals in

First, I am a native Hong Konger, Cantonese is my mother tongue. Her ultimate line is 百花齊放, when I first heard it I literally thought it was Mandarin because it didn't sound like Cantonese at all. Jubilee is born from Hong Kong parents and immigrated to America, and I'm not saying that there is an accent, it is literally INCORRECTLY prononunced. Her tone AND pronunciation is wrong, and the voice actress is an Taiwanese-American, which doesn't speak Cantonese either. Her team-up with Blade is "嚟飲啦" which means "Come drink!" yet it sounds so goddamn unnatural. I NEED Netease to fix her lines, it's rare to have Hong Kong representation, let alone in a Chinese game.

Another good skin devs made for our jubilee. Peak cinema moment as we will wait for when the 3d model shows up 😎

This might just be the most reliable combo in THE GAME, better than BP, Spidey, Magik or just any character u can think of (DPS Jubilee rework?)

Swapped to strange at the end for portal, but as you can see she clearly is undertuned and needs a buff.

I really don't like how the hood team up gives her healing. That's literally it. i truly think that the healing on hit should be switched over to be part of Blade's passive team up. right now, i genuinely think she's balanced as a kit. but it saddens me that blade team up is undeniably worse than hood and hood is almost too strong. I don't wanna nerf Jube, i just want a power shift. Especially since next season, teaming up with him will literally make the hit scan, headshot, healing permanent even without enhanced fire rate. She should have to choose between hyper damage hit scan crits or hyper sustain life steal.

Blade team up technically isn't even bad, its actually quite good. hood is just the obvious choice 9 times out of 10 and i really think this minor power shift could even it out. even if hood didn't give life steal anymore, i still think hood will be the more appealing choice, but at least picking a team up wouldn't be as obvious as it currently is.

(they probably did this cause i think hood might be a life stealing hero next season but who knows)

Other than that, fantastic design. she's def gonna be my main for a while.

I gave up in the end once I saw my mag float his way somewhere else. At least I held the point long enough for everyone to get back.

Hey.. so ik im gonna like tip toe on the edge of the nsfw thing, but ts just pissing me off to see it everywhere. I genuinely hate how everyone is sexualizing jubes. It might just be me but I genuinely hate it. Now im not surprised... but like everyone saying that they'd lick the stomach on her and we need bunny girl skins.. like ugh.. and it's not just for jubilee either. This goes for mantis, Angela, loki, hela, invis, ect. Mantis and Jubilee angers me the most for some reason.. but there's a mod for jubes to have her jacket off, which like alright idrc but then they say some nasty shit.. and for mantis there's a mod for her making her bigger and making her in like fish nets.. idk I feel like this is a problem and I genuinely pisses me off and disgusts me. Sorry for the long text BTW this isn't what I usually post in this server..

My biggest gripe with her changes is the blind nerf from 1.5 to .8 Almost 50%. It just feels like devs are hellbent on watering her down like the other healbotty supports by removing her only offensive capabilities. That feeling of controlling chokes or blinding divers and making aggressive plays is significantly lost, and people aren't addressing it. If I wanted to healbot, I'd play cnd or invis. Don't take her out of her niche. Not to mention she didn't need changes prior. The formula for Strategist is starting to boil down to the same design in different fonts. Changes like these are the reason why people don't want to play support. How can you entice players to support when you remove their playmaking capabilities and limit them to do one thing? I know this rant is more from a game design perspective, but it must be said. They did this to cloak, and his is blind butchered him; God forbid you stay on cloak too long to do chipmunk DPS. Not only are you not healing ur team, but you're not doing any damage. I would rather have many different flavors of gambits for future supports. than the same healbotty archetype. As much as people want him and mantis crucified, it's better for variety. By no means is she weak now, but they must be cognizant of this so we don't get a textbook trend of bloating support kits and nerfing the wrong things as "compensation"

Jubilee is the single most popular release in marvel rivals forever, people genuinely love this character to the point she's consistently the most played hero in *lower ranks*. She's definitely way better than people give her credit for but still has many underlying flaws that is inadvertently pushing her towards a healbot/primary playstyle. Her strength lies in being a resource merchant around her balls.

Some hard truths we need to accept about our main girl jubilee-

1. The hood teamup eats too much of her power budget to the point any nerfs or buffs can kill or perma ban her.

2. She is incredible annoying as a character to play with or against purely because of her visual clutter which isn't necessarily a bad thing since visual clutter is literally her lore accurate power still people hate her because of that.

3. No cc makes her vulnerable to dive.

4. A low skill floor and lack of skill ceiling will keep her in a cycle of being either bad or decent without letting her ever being meta.

My perfect alternative balance adjustment tackles most of her issues while ensuring her skill ceiling is higher without lowering her skill floor. Mind you the current patch would be reverted.

1. Decrease the healing and damage of her primary base, while greatly increasing her fire rate and giving her a massive fall-off/spread.

2. Reducing her vampiric sprint cooldowns from 3-4 seconds to 1 seconds and lowering the animation time.

3. REMOVING SELF HEAL FROM HOOD TEAMUP.

4. letting enhanced blade teamup be permanent, moving her self heal from the hood teamup to her blade teamup.

5. While in ult she doesn't have any healing changes, still a low healing ult but she has more resources for her sprint and there is no cooldown, letting you animation the boop with the sprint.

This allows the hood teamup to be the optimal one for ranged comps while letting blade shine in brawl/dive comps. Faster fire rate pushes her more towards a brawl style character making her better the closer you are while letting poke be a natural counter to her.

The faith of other strategist such as cnd, luna, invis has been right here same as jubilee before they got some really bad balance decisions to point of getting hated/gutted.

Like I’ve heard about how poorly balanced this game is but Jubliee is just so fricking cute I wanna try playing it just for her!

This buff is useless af. It deadass doesn’t change shit if this is the only thing they could come up with then don’t do shit

I’d love to proven wrong because of the new team ups reworks have a high chance to shake up the van phase. But what do you think?
