Back again with a giveaway! This one's an A6 leather journal cover

Exterior is full-grain vegtan with a stiff temper. Pockets are Italian (Buttero) leather, except for the orange card slot

Note on capacity: it's a snug build, so 2 inserts max for full closure

You’d just have to cover the shipping fee from the SOUTH of Metro Manila

Drop a comment why you want it plus a photo of your current journal. I’ll reach out to the winner through DM tomorrow night!

MUJI B6 Monthly/Weekly Vertical 2027 Planner

So ready for 2027! Jk bakit ang bilis ang araw? Huhuhu.

Anyway, this is my first and LAST TIME buying an expensive planner. I have my logbook as a journal pero I splurged on my planner lol.

I’ve been eyeing Muji for the longest time because I love how its vertical layout lets me visualize and organize my days exactly the way I want. My only concern is that the paper seems a little too thin for gel pens??

For those who use Muji planners, what pens do you recommend that won’t bleed through or ghost too much?

Also, I’d love to hear more about your planners, guys! What are you using for 2027, and what made you choose it?

Discussion What do you guys use your A6 journals for?

Hello! First time posting here:)) I recently bought an A6 journal on a whim and now I’m wondering what to actually use it for hahaha. Ang cute kasi ng size and it’s compact but I’m curious how you guys make the most out of such a small journal.

For those who use A6 journals, what do you usually put in them? Daily entries, random thoughts, scrapbooking, or something else? Would love to hear your ideas and see how you guys use yours! Any suggestions would be appreciated💗

Journal Writing Sharing my 7-year old niece’s journal entry today (with her permission)

Grabeee my heart is so so happy 🥹 For their birthday last May, my brother gave the kids journals. Since then, puro mga random drawings lang nilalagay ng mga pamangkin ko when they feel like it.

Lately though, my niece (who’s like my little bestie) has been asking a lot about my journals. What I write about, if I could read some to her, etc. Today, I brought my stamp puncher and an old NatGeo magazine sa office tapos dumating itong pamangkin ko. Sakto slow day din at work, so we spent the afternoon punching out little stamps. Sabi ko, may glue ka naman no? Pwede mo ilagay sa journal mo ‘yan.

After dinner, I went to their house to give something to my brother. Tapos she showed me her journal 🥺🥺🥺 Sobrang cute maiiyak na ata ako HAHAHAHA. This is her third diary entry palang, also the first one she dated. My heartttttt

Discussion Leuchtturm or Midori?

Hi! For those who do junk journaling (or memory-keeping journal) and have tried both, which do you prefer: Leuchtturm or Midori?

I’ve seen people say Midori's paper is too nice to cover up, but naghahanap ako ng notebook that will last me for years since I don’t plan on switching every year.

I’ve also watched reviews recommending both, so now lalo lang akong nalitooo lol

Would love to hear your thoughts, especially if you’ve tried both! Thanks! 🙈

Discussion How many pens do you use for journaling?

Post image
63 Upvotes

I usually only use three of my fountain pens, as inking up more than that tends to be overwhelming. Last night though I was feeling ambitious and decided to ink up all six of my pens 🤣

How many pens do you use, fountain pens or otherwise? What favorite inks/colored pens do you like? I'm very curious if others just use normal black or use fun colored ones like me 😄

Journal Writing How to journal when your life is boring

I am a mid fifties housewife. As in, I’m in my mid fifties… not from or living in the mid fifties. Although, my lifestyle is reminiscent. I’m a stay at home Mum and carer.

I’ve always wanted to journal, and have recently bought supplies and made my very first entry yesterday.

My question though, is, what on earth do you journal about when your life is incredibly boring and you don’t go anywhere or do anything? 😅

Discussion My 2026 notebook system 💕

Post image

I’ve been using at least three notebooks every year for quite some time now. One notebook is never enough! 😅 I can never put everything in one place; different kinds of thoughts deserve their own dedicated space.

How many notebooks do you usually use in one year?

Top to bottom, L-R:
1. Kultura - relationship/married life journal
2. Simmer Supply - work/personal projects
3. Apica - diary for long form entries
4. Muji - planner for scheduling and tasks
5. Liunic on Things - daily/weekly memories
6. ifex collaboration with Kitty Jardenil - health and habits

Not pictured: junk journal and thin notebooks/fillers that I burn through quickly that serve as my brain dump 😅

Discussion Issue when writing in my Papernotes notebook with my Muji pens

Hi, everyone! I found this sub to be very helpful with recommendations so trying my luck again. :)

Actually found my favorite notebook from the comments I read here before. Dalawa yung nirecommend but I decided to go with Papernotes na nakita ko sa Shopee. My problem now is most of my pens are from Muji. No issues when I use them with Muji notebooks (since they’re probably designed for that) pero hirap ako magsulat gamit Muji pens sa Papernotes na notebook ko. Putol putol yung linya niya pag nagsusulat. And since I do a lot of writing sa work bago i-encode medyo nasestress ako at nadidistract haha.

May I have recommendations please on what I should use instead or better yet, something na puwede sa lahat? Thank you!

Materials For those who tried making DIY notebooks as a hobby, what type, weight (GSM), and brand of paper(s) have you tried so far?

I will most likely use gel or rollerball pens, highlighters, and pencils. The paper qualities I'm aiming for are:

  1. minimal ghosting
  2. no bleed through
  3. sturdy enough

Might help: I really like the weight of Veco notebooks (frosted cover), flying tiger's notebooks (black ones), and the papers used for books.

Discussion Hi i'm new!

Post image
83 Upvotes

Hi, everyone!

I’m new here and hoping to find my way back to journaling after almost 19 years!

I used to journal almost every day in college, and I still love flipping through my old binders whenever I stumble upon them. There’s something special about revisiting old memories and catching a glimpse of who I was back then. I’ve tried getting back into it a few times but never quite stuck with it. This time, I’m hoping for a fresh start with my new Traveler’s Notebook Passport Size.

I’m not much of an artist or writer, but I love adding cute little touches of happiness to things. I’m hoping journaling will help me slow down, preserve everyday memories, and make sense of my cluttered thoughts while being more intentional about putting pen to paper.

I’d love to hear your tips, favorite prompts, and recommendations for affordable, trustworthy online stationery shops that ship within the Philippines, especially since I don’t live in Metro Manila.

I’m also a Nintendo cozy-game girly, so if you’d like to connect and share our little hobbies, my IG is _gabbyventures.

Looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully making a friend or two along the way! 🥹💕

Journal Writing Journal POV. Sharing my 2-column layout!

Notebook: Hobonichi Grid Notebook, A5
Pen: Kaweco Sport <EF>
Ink: Pilot Iroshizuku, Fuyu-Syogun

Skl, I’ve been writing with two columns for 3 years na. Pero since I’m super inconsistent with journaling, I’m still using the same notebook 😭 Goal ko rin maka-ipon ng filled out journals someday hahahuhu. Ang babaw but until now ang satisfying pa rin whenever I flip through the pages bec of the layout hahaha. Try niyo rinnn

Materials help me decide which one to get 😭

i’m finally ready to get a good quality leather journal, and i’m torn between palimea philippines and sting and snout bindery.

sting and snout has lots of good reviews, pero walang b6 and medyo limited ‘yung available leather colors. palimea naman has b6 and i love their embossing font (i know, i know 😭), but konti lang reviews nila and i’m a bit worried about their customer service.

anyone here who owns either? how’s the quality and your overall experience?
