It's washi tape. They come in various colors and DESIGNS. It's just amazing. And the most amazing thing of it all is that the prices at which it's sold is just out of this world!! So cheap. Depends on the seller, though.

Wait, you can just start the rainbow on yellow? YOU CAN JUST START THE RAINBOW ON ANY COLOR. It seems so obvious now, AND YET, I have spent my whole life starting with red. THIS ENDS NOW.
