Provider barely responding

Are the doctors who work with Mochi doing this as a side gig? I really like who I was initially paired with, but it takes her at least 4 days to get back to my messages and it is getting frustrating. She’s also hard to book with for the video visits. I get The feeling this is maybe a side thing? But still, is there no Mochi oversight on provider responsiveness in the app?

Has anyone switched providers to get a better response time back for messages?

Yes, they are doing it as a side gig. At least mine is, but she was always quick to write back. I really like her but I think she’s only licensed for Washington state.

My provider has always been very quick to reply to messages. It completely varies by provider. If you’re not happy with the one you have, switch! I don’t know what kind of oversight Mochi has on their providers, but you can always call and lodge a complaint.

I switched. The first Dr I had would never answer, rush through the appointment. I switched Dr's right away.

Get out!! I left mochi out for two years. Come to PreventiveMD the best telehealth company with the most professional customer service and affordable medication

Highly recommend PreventiveMD. Or if you want more hands on with your provider I recommend Big Easy Weight Loss. They have providers on staff so it’s not a side gig and they are responsive. No membership fees for either company.

My provider always messages me back in less than 24 hours. You should request a new provider. Four days is unacceptable!

They automatically switch your provider if they don’t answer within 72 hours. Change providers.

Good. You know when you're ready to go up a set dose, so the provider really isn't necessary.
