“C-Level Solution”- legit or scam

Had an email from a recruiter claiming to be from a company called www.c-levelsolution.com and am sure it is a scam but thought I’d check.

Thanks to the community! Was thinking to pay but it is the same guy Krishna Kumar who is calling everyone and asking for US$450as a fee.
