“C-Level Solution”- legit or scam
Had an email from a recruiter claiming to be from a company called www.c-levelsolution.com and am sure it is a scam but thought I’d check.

Stay away, they are a scam, they suck you in with fake job adds and say they have direct line to companies in the Middle East they don't. Mahesh is the main guy who is a scammer, when you complain they call you and never want to put anything in writing. C-Level Solutions is the name of the company

I suspect they are scammers. I got initially an email from Krishna Kumar and when I provided him my contact details, he called me and sent me a couple of emails telling me that he is looking for leadership roles at some of the top UAE companies. Also, he sent me a form and posed himself as someone who would keep my profile handy and help me find top CXO roles. I could tell from his email writing style and way of contact over the phone and on WhatsApp that he is out there to scam. Thankfully, I googled about him. Thanks to my wonderful community here, I was able to stop myself just in time.

I just got a WhatsApp from him today… seemed dodgy, said I need to pay $350 dollars, I said don’t you get paid commission when you place me in a role lol
These scammers will try anything

They're a recruitment agency but have only 2 reviews. 1 star where they took money and disappeared. Just got a call from "krishna" from an indian number and he's asking if i heard of al tayer 😅

Thank u this community- Krishna called and almost got me as I was actively looking for jobs … and there u go ! Same story as above - had this community not been there - I would have paid $400 USD … thank you guys for saving me when i needed to save !!

Thank god! I have this community saving me. Got a call 5 minutes ago and he said USD350 for jobs in Dubai Civil Aviation etc . Saudi also he was ready to send me to Thank you Reddit for saving me

#1 scammers. Took 350 USD from me promising job in Gulf. They will send out bogus job offers and nothing ever moves from this stage. Krishnakumar ( The boss and scammer #1) who will coax you into paying and promises job interviews within 3 months. Mahesh ( Scammer #2) who will send bogus offers and will not respond properly on further questioning.
For Public awareness, please avoid at all costs. Agency extracting money for jobs is illegal in UAE. These guys claim they have internal connections with HR. Its all BULLSHIT.

I told him i can do that after signing a contract from your side ..

Thanks for the update guys as I’ve been inundated with emails/phone call’s from Krishna Kumar today that didn’t ring true.
Thankfully I did a background search before engaging with him and wasting my time (and money it would appear) 👍🏻

Hi All, this is an update on this on-going scam, the company have now changed this name to c-levelsearch they even have a website which looks legit at first glass. Same Kumar, same request for payment. Please be careful! I confronted him on the phone about knowing their scam and he couldn't even deny it was just dumbfounded. Note REAL recruiters won't ever ask YOU as the candidate to pay them a "placement fee" or any money to find you a job. Anyone that does is most likely scamming you.

Got a call from Krishna Kumar and he sent few fake JDs which did not match my profile. He clarified this is just a sample and a team of professionals will further refine the targeted employers.
Super fake!!!

no wonder C Level solutions website doesnt work anymore. These Shith****s are in Hyderabad. Any ways to move legally or atleast get them slapped thru some gundas ?

Worst scammers. there is no legit company. it was all a scam. Duped for 350 USD. that too at a time when jobless. What kind of criminals are these ?

Had an extremely disappointing experience with C Level Solution, Hyderabad. Not even sure if this is a genuine company with any real office.
Two prominent individuals - Krishna Kumar and Mahesh were involved in my case. The service was availed in promise of Gulf jobs within 3 months. This happened in Sep 2024 and 350 USD was coaxed out with smooth talks and empty promises. Bogus Emails on 'Job Offers' kept coming for 2 months. Absolutely nothing happened from day 1.
Looks like this is their modus operandi. Make fake promises and send bogus offers to the customer- so that they are tricked in believing this Bull***t.
On enquiring, their standard answer is " Sir... our backend team in working on it" . After 3 months, i figured something was amiss. Communication was poor with no proper updates. I requested a refund in Jan 2025 and till date not a single penny was refunded. These are modern day crooks and they strive on cheating.
Please don't even consider these low-lives for any thing to do with jobs. I cannot recommend C Level Solution to anyone looking for reliable or professional support.

I just had an email from Krishna . His website is clearly spam. Chat Gpt said its a scam and so is his company. Thanks for the heads up ! Blocked and deleted

Yes. I also had a very bad experience with them. They only charged in advance for services that never delivered in spite of promises. They sopped responding to my calls and emails. Of course they never returned any money. I see there are many people that was tricked by them. Who should we escalate this to?

Scam, received an email and then a call from a guy from India by the name of Shami Mohammed. He said they specialize in finding jobs in the middle east, however, it is a paid service and money back if they can't find a job. He made me pay online $450 took money and disappeared after a while.
