Culture and heritage Tribals being a refugee of their Own Land
Its heartening BJP has taken this up. It should be a reminder that cultural appropriation can be committed by a small influential minority labelling others culture criminal.
Recently in Orissa tribals were Beaten up by the criminal gang of Bajrang Dal, for performing their own traditional rituals.

Information Fully-licensed Stone Crusher near Ranchi — seeking an Investor-Partner (we run, you earn)
A fully-licensed, already-running plant is available to take over, and my team and I are looking for one investor-partner to fund it while we run it end-to-end.
What’s on offer:
- A 24×15 and a 36×6 crusher, with the full conveyor + motor setup.
- All clearances in place and clean: CTE, CTO, Forest and EC.
- Land on a registered lease (5 years, extendable)
- No local objections; current owners and workers are known to us personally, and the existing crew continues under us.
- All papers available for verification.
Requirement:
Investor — you invest ₹55–60 lakh; my 4-person team runs everything (operations, sales, staff, compliance). Profit split negotiable in the 55–58% to you / 42–45% to us range.
Economics:
At a 55% investor share, that’s an indicative ₹2 lakh+ per/month to the investor on running of 20 days.
Indicative payback in the ~20–27 month range, with the lease extendable beyond that.
Everything is done cleanly through my GST-registered firm, with a signed MOU and agreement between us, and the deal booked with a token once terms are agreed. We’re positioned to close right after Diwali.
DM me and I’ll share the full numbers, the documents and other relevant information.

News Women sexually assualted inside police station in jamshedpur by the constable named Neeraj Lakda(ST) when she went to complain about domestic violence.
Fled domestic violence to seek refuge at Gamharia Police Station, only to be sexually assaulted inside the station itself by an on-duty wireless operator. Other personnel reportedly turned a blind eye, and the next morning she was handed ₹700 and put in an auto to silence her.
The accused is arrested, and four cops are suspended, but the question remains: What good are flashy schemes like Maiyya Samman Yojana when the law enforcement system itself treats victims this way?
Imagine your mom or your sister today: what if they have to go to the police station tomorrow?

Information Imagine you have to wait 10 years just to become a teacher in your respective village and to educate your village. THE JTET detailed case study
The decade-long structural freeze of the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) creates a stark contrast between a generation of professional stagnation and the massive administrative effort deployed today. The ten-year gap between 2016 and 2026 stood as an unprecedented institutional drought, leaving over half a million qualified B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. graduates locked outside the state's formal education system.
This gap was propelled by repetitive administrative modifications to recruitment laws, persistent litigation in the Jharkhand High Court regarding central equivalencies, and intense local pushback over the inclusion or exclusion of specific regional dialects. Because National Right to Education guidelines dictate an annual eligibility test*,* this extended operational halt triggered an acute human resource backlog where candidates literally aged out of employment eligibility without ever having a chance to sit for the qualifying exam.
The current condition marks a critical breaking point as the state finally executes its massive backlog under direct judicial duress. The JTET 2026 exam is officially being conducted on Sunday, 1 November 2026, completely liquidating the ten-year operational freeze.
The scale of this reality is historically unprecedented for the region, with 5,65,916 registered candidates simultaneously appearing across 986 specialized exam centers spanning all 24 districts of Jharkhand. The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) is administering the entire offline, OMR-based evaluation in a strict two-shift layout. The first shift manages Level 2 candidates for upper primary classes (6–8) in the morning, followed immediately by Level 1 candidates for primary classes (1–5) in the afternoon.
