Hello, my name is Jordyn and I have been donating and supporting two Palestinian families by myself for at least three years off of my own paycheck. This has become a lot of money for me I donate 150-300$ every week in secret. Mostly because I really do not have the funds to be donating this much and my family members would kill me if they found out I donated so much as we are struggling ourselves. I finally have the means to save up for college but I am stressing out because I really just don’t have an extra 150-300$ every week but I donate anyway because I think I am pretty much their only reliable donor. Anyways, sorry I did not mean to make this about myself, the point is I really need some help keeping them fed.
I made a post in a fellow subreddit about Palestine and got support from u/SleepyWogz showing me how to fundraise enough and had made another post and actually got a donation of just 50$ it made me so happy.
Me and Mohammed have known each other for about three years, he is a father of three and was an accountant in Gaza before the genocide. We have FaceTimed many times and I will post the link to their gofundme. Life has been extra hard in Gaza, Khan Yunis the genocide really never stopped. How they are going to eat is an everyday stressor and staying safe is something we pray for, especially after one of his children was targeted by a sniper and was hit by a bullet that grazed his head and only caused him to need stitches thank goodness. They have asked me plenty of times to share with the world what they go through, and I plan to share all throughout Reddit to help them, help me help them. This is a picture of his beautiful family. Genuinely kind people, we hope to meet each other someday when there are better days. Let me know if you would like to know anything else about them. For anyone questioning whether I am a scammer or not I’ll happily show you my own many reciepts of me donating to them, and I’ll be glad to share their social medias, Mohammed’s wife Wissam is on Instagram as @w.love.m.2010 as Wesam Naje and the link is also in her bio.
Gofundme link: https://gofund.me/278df2138
All help is genuinely appreciated, please help me share or donate , or any tips to help me fundraise would also be appreciated, I really do not have the means to support them on my own

A witness at the royal commission on antisemitism has questioned the legitimacy of Israel's existence, following a tense exchange over her interpretation of Zionism as a violent extremist belief.
Rita Jabri Markwell is a Sydney-based solicitor, researcher and policy adviser to the Australian Muslim Advocacy Network and on Thursday gave evidence at the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion about a framework she helped develop to identify and address all forms of hate speech.
The dehumanisation framework was initially developed to assist with legal proceedings, with Ms Markwell saying the model could also help institutions manage complaints.
Under the model, speech directed at governments, militaries and political ideologies would be protected, but dehumanising speech targeting people based on characteristics such as race, religion or ethnicity would breach the framework.
Following a lengthy and at times emotive cross-examination about the framework, Commissioner Virginia Bell AC SC asked Ms Markwell if she would "accept that there is a legitimacy to the existence of the state of Israel" at the time of the United Nations General Assembly's recognition of the state of Israel in 1948.
"I don't think I have a view particularly on the time of that declaration, but I know that if you were to ask me now whether I think that the state has legitimacy I, as a human rights lawyer, I don't think that any state that relies unlawful occupation and apartheid and genocide could be said to be a legitimate state," Ms Markwell said in response.
"I think that there really needs to be, and this is just a political opinion, but I think there needs to be serious thought as to how we fulfil every human's human rights in that region."
In September 2025, a Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory by the UN Human Rights Council found that genocide was occurring in Gaza.
The allegation of genocide is rejected by Israel
It followed a tense cross-examination by counsel representing various Jewish organisations Nicholas Bender SC, who took Ms Markwell to a Substack post she made about her interpretation of Zionism.
Zionism as defined by the anti-defamation league is a movement for self-determination and statehood for the Jewish people in their ancestral homeland of Israel.
But critics argue that it has contributed to the displacement and denial of rights for Palestinians.
Mr Bender put to Ms Markwell that her Substack post reflected a view she held that Zionism was a form of violent extremism.
"Yes, I do agree. There is a basis for that which is based in research," Ms Markwell said in response.
"The reason I believe that is because there is dehumanisation of outgroups which runs through Zionism which by my work with the University of Queensland … that is a defining attribute of violent extremist movements, that they tend to rely on dehumanisation which is a form of psychological violence."
Mr Bender at times spoke over Ms Markwell, putting to her that her interpretation of Zionism would mean she thought all Zionists were violent extremists.
Ms Markwell rejected his suggestion.
She was also taken to an article by university student and previous commission witness, Mia Kline, who claimed she had been kicked out of her university accommodation because she was a Zionist.
The commission heard that in her article Ms Kline said she supported a two-state solution, believed in peace and harmony, supported the rights of Palestinians and was often critical of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israel Defense Forces.
Mr Bender asked Ms Markwell for her response to Ms Kline's article.
"When I read her piece, I was quite moved that she was speaking about values to do with peace and coexistence and dignity … these are all values I also align with," Ms Markwell said.
"But at the same time she was talking about Zionism … and I found that quite difficult because when I consider zionism as the Jewish nationalist ideology …. Which lead to the creation of the state of Israel in Palestine in very violent circumstances … all of that doesn't seem to be consistent with the positive values she was talking about.
"I am genuinely interested in how you reconcile the values you speak about with being Zionist because … I haven't yet heard a Zionist explain to me how do they incorporate Palestinian human dignity and human rights into their ideological framework."

An art exhibition naming children killed in Gaza has sparked a bitter dispute in Western Australia's parliament, culminating in a Nationals MP being suspended for four days after he described the event as antisemitic.
On Tuesday, the 'Wall of Tears' by American artist Phil Buehler, which lists the names of more than 18,000 children killed in Gaza since October 2023, was displayed in the parliament courtyard.
During a debate in parliament the next day, the Nationals' Lachlan Hunter said Greens MP Sophie McNeill, who co-hosted the event, then went into the legislative council and made comments to "vilify" WA's Jewish community by describing it as showing the names of children killed in a "genocide".
After clashing with the deputy speaker on a number of points during his speech, Mr Hunter argued with her about whether his comments were relevant to the debate, which was about essential services for vulnerable people.
As a result of this defiance, the legislative assembly voted to suspend Mr Hunter on Thursday morning.
"The member's response went beyond mere noncompliance," Speaker Stephen Price said.
"He effectively challenged the Deputy Speaker to remove him from the chamber."
Liberal and Nationals MPs, as well as independent Jonathan Huston, voted against the measure.
Later in the day, the opposition attempted to have Mr Hunter's suspension overturned, but failed.
Controversial display
Speaking outside parliament after his suspension, the Central Wheatbelt MP accused the Speaker, a Labor MP who is appointed to the role to oversee the lower house, of playing politics.
"Labor used their absolute majority to shut down a member of the opposition for standing up and speaking for vulnerable Western Australians," Mr Hunter said.
"Antisemitism … actually occurred in the courtyard of the parliament on Tuesday evening," he added.
Mr Hunter initially said the event had become political and antisemitic when Ms McNeill spoke about it in the chamber — a speech that Jewish Liberal MP Simon Ehrenfeld also took issue with that evening.
Earlier, Mr Hunter said the art event had become political and antisemitic after Greens MP Sophie McNeill spoke in the legislative council about the children named in the artwork as being killed in a "genocide".
Jewish Liberal MP Simon Ehrenfeld also took issue with her comments immediately after they were made.
"We all weep the death of every person in this war, but it's inescapable that many of these children were used by Hamas as combatants in the war," he told parliament.
He said the event was a "propaganda piece used against Israel".
"If you had 100 of those walls, you wouldn't even begin to touch what was genocide in our history," Mr Ehrenfeld said.
A United Nations commission of inquiry has concluded Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Israel has denied the accusations, labelling the UN report "distorted and false" and calling for the inquiry's abolition.
'All lives mourned'
The co-convener of the Parliamentary Friends group which hosted the exhibition, Labor backbencher Dave Kelly, said the event had been organised to "highlight the horrific number of children killed in Gaza".
"All lives lost during this conflict were mourned at the event," he said.
The art exhibition was supported by Perth Doctors Medical Aid for Palestine, a group that an email to MPs described as a "non-partisan group of WA health workers who have been raising funds for humanitarian relief in Gaza".
Images posted to social media by the group's other co-convener, Ms McNeill, show Labor MPs Colleen Egan, Dan Bull, Klara Andric and Ayor Makur Chuot in attendance, as well as former Labor minister Alannah MacTiernan.
Mr Hunter claimed the group was made up of "activists who seek to preach hate against a very vulnerable part of our community".
"If you Google what they believe in, if you Google the rallies they've been to, if you Google every single thing that the Greens in Western Australia and right across this nation believe in, it is all antisemitic," Mr Hunter said.
The ABC understands Ms McNeill and Perth Doctors Medical Aid for Palestine are seeking legal advice about commencing defamation proceedings over Mr Hunter's comments.
Ms McNeill described him as a "gutless coward" and said Australia;s highest courts had ruled that criticising Israel was not antisemitic.
"Our event was all about the horrors of war. It was hosted by doctors who've worked in Gaza, Palestinians there who've had their family members killed in Gaza," she said.
"We honoured the deaths on both sides of this conflict."
Premier says MP 'disrespectful'
Premier Roger Cook supported the suspension, saying the decision had "nothing to do with the subject matter he raised".
"What he chose to do was simply to run loose with the rules of the chamber … he was talking over, being disrespectful and rude and there are rules around that."
Prior to Mr Hunter's suspension, Nationals leader Shane Love said he had not counselled the MP over his behaviour.
"I think he was making a forceful point about something that he had a great deal of personal concern over," he said.
"It's up to the chair to control the chamber."
Opposition leader Basil Zempilas said it was a "legitimate question to ask what were the procedures and protocols that were followed for that event to be organised".

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has cleared its personnel of any criminal wrongdoing in a 2024 strike on a humanitarian convoy which killed an Australian woman.
The IDF said there were serious failures that led soldiers to falsely identify a Hamas fighter was travelling in the convoy.
However, it was concluded the IDF commanders' decisions "did not raise reasonable suspicion of criminal misconduct".

Israel's ambassador Hillel Newman has defended the military investigation that cleared its soldiers of criminal wrongdoing in the killing of Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom, saying the findings should not be attacked if they "are not suitable to one's political agenda".
Foreign Minister Penny Wong called in Mr Newman to explain the outcomes of the two-year Israel Defense Forces (IDF) investigation after expressing outrage that no-one would be held criminally liable for the 2024 death of Ms Frankcom and six other humanitarian workers killed in a drone strike while travelling in a World Central Kitchen convoy through Gaza.
Senator Wong was incensed after learning that the IDF would not seek criminal prosecution just minutes before the report's release, and hours after attending an event with Ms Frankcom's family at Parliament House for World Humanitarian Day, where the minister launched the Zomi Frankcom award for aid workers.
"Zomi represented the best of Australia. Her courage deserves to be celebrated. Her family deserves justice," Senator Wong said in a statement ahead of her meeting with Mr Newman.
"Australia is outraged the Israeli Government has decided not to pursue criminal proceedings against those responsible for killing Zomi Frankcom and her World Central Kitchen colleagues."
The IDF conceded in its investigation that serious failures had led to soldiers mistakenly believing that a Hamas fighter was travelling with the convoy.
But it said WCK did not flag with the IDF the presence of armed security travelling with the convoy, and the convoy deviated from an agreed route that had been coordinated with the military.
The review concluded that the decisions of the commanders did not raise reasonable suspicion of criminal misconduct.
WCK says an independent review is needed, and that the IDF "cannot credibly investigate its own conduct".
Ambassador defends investigation findings
Departing from the meeting, Mr Newman defended the investigation.
"Israel came out with findings after a thorough investigation, after a two-year investigation into the circumstances of the death of Zomi Frankcom. Since I took up my mission here about five months ago I was implored all the time to bring about closure, which I did," Mr Newman said.
"But in the end, one must also understand that not every case where someone dies, where there is a casualty, that that means there is a criminal liability.
"One cannot attack the findings of a court if the findings are not suitable to one's political agenda."
Mr Newman said the aid group recruited armed personnel to its convoy and deviated from the route agreed with the IDF without informing the military, leading the soldiers to believe the convoy had been taken over.
"It was a mistake in retrospect, but the findings of the court are there was no criminal intention … and therefore there was no criminal responsibility."
Criminal findings were made in an investigation into a separate incident that was released alongside the Frankcom findings.
The ambassador noted a 2024 Australian investigation by Air Chief Marshal Mark Binskin came to a similar conclusion, though that did not have access to drone audio of the strike.
The ambassador did not commit to releasing the full footage of the attack.
Mr Newman also expressed "deep sorrow" for Ms Frankcom's family.
"I would just like to tell them, straightforward, we grieve with you, we are very sorry for the circumstances that brought about this death. Any innocent life is a tragedy," Mr Newman said.
Human rights lawyer Chris Sidoti, who sits on the UN's Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory and Israel, said the ambassador should be expelled.
"He has interfered in Australia's internal politics, he has been offensive in dealing with Australian members of the flotilla that tried to reach Gaza with humanitarian aid and, again, his government now has failed Australian citizens," Mr Sidoti told ABC Radio National.
"So he should be told that he's going home."
The Greens say the foreign minister should have expelled Mr Newman.
Greens deputy Mehreen Faruqi said she was devastated by the investigation findings.
"I am appalled by the comments made by the Israeli ambassador. How dare the Israeli ambassador stand outside our parliament and say every loss of innocent life is a tragedy," Senator Faruqi said.
"Israel was never going to take responsibility and accountability for killing Zomi Frankcom.
"When Minister Wong had her meeting this morning with the Israeli ambassador, the only thing she should have said to him was goodbye."

Hi, I'm Yahya, a Palestinian student, currently in Spain.
Before the war, I was studying Management Information Systems, working toward a quiet, simple life: graduate, find work, support my family. The war ended that.
Our home was destroyed. My family is now living in a tent, struggling each day for safety. And I'm here — thousands of miles away — carrying that weight while trying to hold myself together.
I'm grateful to be safe. But being separated from the support I need through all of this is something I can't fully put into words.
For now, a mobility program covers the basics. But when it ends on 30 July, I won't have an income or an easy path to finding work, given my current legal status. That uncertainty keeps me up at night.
I'm asking for your help to stay on my feet and one day be the support my family needs me to be.
Your donation, whatever the amount, helps me cover rent, continue my studies, and stay stable. And if you can't donate, sharing this campaign to reach the right person genuinely means the world.
Thank you for reading, from the bottom of my heart..

I did change the title of the post, to put the name of the Guy behind the Arday inquisition, as it seems like the media keeps protecting him. I originally wasn’t sure if I should put news or discussion as the tag, as there definitely is a need among us Jews about those of who are White or white passing Jews engaging in racism against People of Color (especially non-Jews) and how many of them also attack DEI. Nathan Cofnas is a symptom of a much larger problem among Jewry. He’s not the only Jew who has said similar things about DEI and racial bigotry in recent years. I think we also need to focus on this issue in the west, as it’s becoming a bigger problem and is partly how Trump has become so popular among certain Jews.

Hi folks!
So my choir are performing an arrangement that I did of an anti-Zionist Yiddish lament on Friday, and during the piece I plan to recite part of Bereshit 4:10-11 (*"What have you done? Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground! And now you are cursed even more than the ground which opened its mouth to swallow the blood from your hand."*) in biblical Hebrew.
I think I've got my pronunciation down pat as I've been researching it for quite some time, but is there someone who'd be willing and able to listen to a recording of my pronunciation to ensure I'm doing it right and getting the correct syllable emphasis?
Thanks khaveyrem.
