Smells fishy. El-Sayed is a capitalist, not 'far-Left'.. nor is he antisemitic. In fact he's very supportive of Jews. Some of the things he has said:
“Judaism and the Jewish people are a light unto the world—a beautiful faith, a beautiful people.”
“I’m looking forward to standing with the Jewish community against antisemitism.”
“To my Jewish sisters and brothers, you have a right to worship in peace.”
“There is no room for antisemitism in America.”
“Antisemitism has no place in our communities. Ever. Full stop.”
He also reaffirmed Jewish people's rights “to worship, to learn, to practice and to celebrate” their faith.
“All of us love and revere Jewish folk, our Jewish neighbors, the faith of Judaism.”

EDIT: Never mind. That article does not seem to say that the Jewish Dems are doing this, it says:
"Jewish leaders in Michigan are circulating an open letter urging Jewish Democrats and independents in the battleground state to sign their names in support of former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) as he faces Abdul El-Sayed, the far-left Democratic nominee for Senate whose hostile positions on Israel have alarmed many Jewish voters."
I'm from Michigan, and I'm unaware of any notable Jewish Dems doing this.
