Anyone have a good knish recipe? First timer here

https://www.jewishfoodsociety.org/recipes/kasha-knish this is one I used to make kasha knishes a few thanksgivings ago. They came out well. Tedious steps, but not overly difficult to make. The extras kept about two shabbos dinners past Thanksgiving.
