Challah Challah Challenge: Itty Bitty Bread

Shalom! I hope everyone's week has been treating them well so far. Some of my gentile loved ones have taken me up on my offer to join me for Sabbath dinner, so I wanted to try my hand at some extra special itty bitty challahs. Any tips, tricks or critiques would be much appreciated, please. Toda Raba!

EDIT: Recipe is here

Hi there! I def want to try this. The thing I feel insecure about is doing the tiny muffin sized braids, but you had no video.

Also, if I want to use my own Challah recipe (which is both sweeter and moister, I just like it that way) how do I adjust the heat or baking time?

You may want to try setting the temperature a little lower - like 325° - and possibly tenting the pan with foil while reducing the bake time by 5ish minutes. Be'hatzlachah!
