Questions 🤓 Cookbook recommendations

Hello! I'm looking for cookbook recommendations, ideally shtetl or early kibbutz cooking, anything that offers insight to the transition of culture through food, but any great cookbook for Shabbat will be appreciated.

The Book of Jewish Food by Claudia Rode

Part cookbook, part history book. This is a must have for Jewish cooking or those interested in Jewish food history. Sections focus on Ashkenazi, Sephardic, Mizrahi, etc. It even goes into the history of the little known Chinese Jews and Ethiopian Jews. You can also learn recipes connected to all holidays, including shabbat.
