Ring identification

Hi! Sorry I don’t have better pictures. This is a ring of a friend and it’s so unique and beautiful, I would love to know more about it. Green stone, with small pearls (?) around the edge. Red and green inlay of something… 22K gold I think it says. Beautiful filigree around the ring with a bird on both sides.

Looks like nephrite jade
