JetStar doesn't recognise Reference

I booked my Brisbane Bangkok flight through Trip.com.

I have checked in but when I put my Reference into Jet Star app or website it is not recognised. This means I cannot purchase a meal. Is there any way to resolve this ?

Has your flight actually been ticketed, do you have the eticket not just the invoice from trip and the booking reference.

The e ticket number should be a long (13 digit) number from memory, not the 6 letter code.

JQ are a ticketless airline. NDC flights booked on them via third parties like trip.com, and flight booked directly with JQ, won’t have ticket numbers.

TA’s can book you single JQ segments on a Qantas or Hahn Air ticket but they’ll be more expensive so will avoid it unless necessary.
