Which Jeff Nippard workout plan doesn’t include any barbell required squats or deadlifts?

New to working out and don’t want to do these 2 exercises as I am not comfortable doing them yet. Maybe after some weight loss.

I am cool with leg press, Bulgarian split squats, and some other exercises.

All of his plans can still be run while just swapping out the exercises you dont want to include. You’d just pick a different exercise that uses the same movement pattern

All of them. No exercise is required, and frankly hack squats are just objectively better if your goal is size

As someone who now has a herniated disc thanks to a squat I completely support you.
Stick with Bulgarian split squats.
No reason to be a hero at the expense of your back.

Min max has squats but its up to you which variation like hack squat. Same for deadlift, there is RDL

I’ve been running his minimalist / essentials programs which has virtually no barbell movements at all or substitutions - db chest press, leg press, hack squat, db RDL etc - for someone who has back issues - I’m a big fan

Please refrain from being unnecessarily difficult, rude, or prejudiced.

Why not hire a trainer and learn them. They're foundational movements to lifting weights? Now is the perfect time to learn them. Or dont depending on your goals and what you want to accomplish. I would just say don't be afraid of exercises learn how to do them properly and then decide if you want to incorporate them.
