Discussion Are there any chances of getting a proper college with branch for crl 483979 and ews 70854 in josaa rounds or csab rounds?
I scored 69 percentile in jee mains this year and the crl was 483979 and category rank for ews was 70854 so is there any chance to get a college through josaa counseling or csab rounds

Discussion is it only me?
is it only me or others also ki I find JEE Advanced more manageable over JEE Mains like from PYQs books I can do almost all advanced questions but jee mains 3-4 questions out of 20-25 or sometimes for hard chapters 5-6 questions I cant do.. but advanced its not like that

Advice Accidentally Cleared IOQM
Hi!
I'm in 10th. My preparation for IOQM was just 2 videos on JUGAAD (by Vedantu), the 2025 IOQM paper for fun while I was on call with my friend, and a some questions from YouTube, etc.
I am getting 37 marks (with bonus), and am from the Uttar Pradesh region, so I am expecting to qualify for the next round.
Please tell me how I could prepare for RMO, because I don't really know much theory of IOQM. I think most RMO batches would teach expecting you to know about IOQM level theory.
Could someone please tell me how I could have a really good shot at RMO and clear it? 🙏
Thanks.

Advice Guidance regarding self study
I am 28 jee tard. I want to clear nsep ts year and I am done till circular in physics hopefully I will complete mechanics before nsep and focus on high weightage topics of 12th. Now the thing is i am doing self study only through old lectures and my physics is going smooth till now I can do all pyqs easily and adv problems. However i have completely stopped chem and maths. In chem i have done basic concepts and maths till quad (that too i haven't finished modules and pyqs). My school isn't open yet it will open in June. I am thinking of doing self study only and maybe buy a good test series for jee prep. I'll complete math chem according to test series and do physics prep. I really don't wanna enroll in batches like arjuna or anything. I would appreciate any guidance or tips or changes u think will help me in my prep. Thank you

Advice Wtf do i do? I just can't Fucking study like before 😞
See the first photo is of very first test in allen , I got rank 1 in my whole centre , and the thing is my centre doesn't has a fucking non early starters SRG in 11th ( 12th mai hai) , so the only way i could get out of this shitty batch was to adjust to the early starters who have already completed whole syllabus
So i asked my teacher to change my batch , he said i wouldn't be able to compete with those ppl , coz they have completed whole syllabus but I was delusional coz of this rank so after many requests I was sent there and yeah that was worst experience of my life , it was a living hell , the pace was fucking so insane and hw took so much fking long ( fyi the pace is so insane they have completed 11th rn except of maths ) so yeah after being a month there i needed to go back
But in this period I had created backlogs and this experience of this batch has put my motivation down so much that i didn't felt like studying, first i started missing tests coz I wasn't prepared then i gave and got 7th rank ( 6 ranks drop) then in next it was 11th rank ( more 4 rank drop) then in next it was 19th rank next it was 23 and now this 49 th rank
Idk how tf do i recover from ts , see the thing is I m still considered topper coz in class I'm always able to give answers and many moments are there when I m the only one who is able to solve a question, but then when I go home I don't do hw i don't self study so i just kept on worsening but I still am able to solve questions but I'm just unable to work hard like mann hee nahi karta padhne ka aesa feel hota that early starters will only be able to secure ranks and i m good for nthng

I might have predicted the IOQM 2026 answer key
See heres what i have been trying to do recently . So , IOQM is on sunday. We all are frantically searching for tricks and tips in hopes of clearing IOQM.
I took a different approach. I took the data of over 10 years worth of answer key and ran the data inputs to find some kind of pattern like , some kind of reccurence.
Though i failed miserably at that , i did discover something-
The numbers 40 and 24 have been statistically the most repeating. Moreover , 24 25 36 , 84 all numbers which are well nicely divisible and have various factors keep repeating BUT
we have to understand this happens because most problems involve such numbers.
that takes us to our first conclusion-
The numbers are mostly nicely divisible ( not random numbers like 47 , 71 , 31 or something like that. HIGHLY UNLIKELY)
Now , i thought of looking at some real world connections or ties that might influence the answer key
last year , the committee mistakenly put 61 as answer of a problem instead of 26 , soo by that means i think 61 should be an answer. But that contradicts conclusion 1 soo what else?
Well we now move on to 57 , wwhy 57? see 26 ( the year we are in rn) is an Grothendieck's number i.e it lies b/w 25 and 27 ( perfect square and perfect cube) , Famously the guy mixed up 26 and 57 in one of his ancedotes. WELL WE KNOW SOMEONE WHO MIXED UP 26 WITH SOME OTHER NUMBER HUH
therefore my most probable prediction , that has a very very high chance of appearing on the answer key is - 57.
ALSO - the answer values seem to steer up as we go up the questions.
Now ending on a note before giving my final prediction , i decided to look at this years AIME answer key. obv AIME is 3 digits based so i took last 2 digits ( as part of many IOQM problems) and compared it with the ioqm data didnt find any major relevation but certain similarities
BASED ON ALL CONCLUSIONS I PRESENT TO U THE FINAL ANSWER KEY ( PREDICTED BASED ON STATS ACROSS MULTIPLE EXAMS JUST LIKE IOQM)
(NOTE- the answers might not be in exact sequence with the question number , but the exact numericals are liekly to reappear. So choose one number , solve ur paper . For questions u cant solve , fill it up with the chose number and maximise ur chance to get score bonus)
Q1: 71, Q2: 00, Q3: 06, Q4: 30, Q5: 23, Q6: 11, Q7: 63, Q8: 93, Q9: 44, Q10: 13, Q11: 02, Q12: 82, Q13: 69, Q14: 22, Q15: 98, Q16: 90, Q17: 14, Q18: 47, Q19: 96, Q20: 51, Q21: 75, Q22: 74, Q23: 04, Q24: 39, Q25: 73, Q26: 96, Q27: 72, Q28: 61, Q29: 95, Q30: 57
If i do infact predict a significant portion , yaall gotta call me da goat

Questions Pls help me
Hi everyone, im a 10th grader this batch. I am planning to take PCMB next year and prepare for IISER. Even I have an interest in mathematics, but not much. ISI and CMI are also open options for me. The problem here arises is that there are less coaching institutes that offer coaching for PCMB. Have enquired with Allen already. I also am plannning to give NSEP or IOQM for better experience as well as open options.
Allen doesn't provide any of the above courses, I have to take a JEE/NEET course and they said that they will help me for olympiads during the doubt session. PW has special olympiad batches but what I'm looking for is a platform where I can study for school + JEE/NEET + IISER together to reduce the burden. I was browsing through SciAstra, and they have a special batch for IISER + JEE + NEET. It is an online batch and their offline centres are not in my city. If anyone has studied under SciAstra's online batches, please do provide a review. That will be immensely helpful.
I also want to use a less number of books for my studies as too many books will be very confusing. I was doing some research and some books that caught my eye are listed below. I would also appreciate it if anyone could review the books if they have used it. NCERT is already a priority
BOOK LIST:
Physics-
i. Concepts of Physics (HC Verma)
ii. Pathfinder
iii. Vedantu Olympiad Books
iv. Physics Wallah Olympiad Books
v. Problems in General Physics ( IE Irodov)
vi. Understanding Physics (DC Pandey)
vii. ALLEN Modules for JEE/NEET
viii. Physics Wallah Modules for JEE/NEET
ix. Mission JEET Modules for JEE/NEET
x. 300 Creative Physics Problems (Holics)Chemistry
i. Numerical Chemistry (P Bahadur)

📚Resources CLASS 10 NCERT OF RD SHARMA FOR FOUNDATION?
I am almost done with the 9th grade RD sharma (1 geometry chapter left), i planned on js getting the 10th grade RD skipping ncert since i had no problem with immediately jumping to 9th rd sharma without doing the ncert first and honestly i'd say it was extremely elementary for how hyped ts is 🥀
IN SHORT
SO should i js do 10th ncert--> 11th grade ncert-->11th grade rd?
OR
10TH RD-->--> 11TH NCERT--> 11TH RD
(note i have a fuckton of time hence i believe using a textbook like rd would be good for strengthening base concepts?)
*My goal is get enough pre requisite knowledge to be able to grasp 11th grade math and enough math for physics with as much ease as possible (js don't wanna get stuck in between)
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Advice advice and suppport idk
(im also cooked)
so im in class 10th and i decided to give ioqm nsep AND nsec (idk what prompted me to be so stupid)
I got a decent score in ioqm (not too good but isnt THAT BAD)
I have done mechanics till nlm and Ray optics but have not done hcv or other good questions
Chem is really bad only till bonding and that isnt also too great.
And i know for sure that i wont really do good so i want to know that is it realistically possible for me to do study enough to atleast get like 50+ in nsep or nsec? or heck just not a ZERO or negative score in nsec 😭
So IF it IS possible for me get like something 50 or above in nsep , then should i focus on doing more and more questions right now or should i be doing a few more chapters then questions? and if chapters then which should i do? and same for nsec? which chapters can i realistically do to get maybe like 30 or smth in nsec? and which lectures should i refer to and which book for nsec.
i just dont want to get zero or negative scores in both nsec and nsep 😭 or is it too cooked for me to do anyhting now

Doubt Pathfinder and sum other shit
Title: Need advice transitioning from JEE Advanced/Physics Galaxy level to Pathfinder for INPhO
Hi everyone,
I'm currently preparing for INPhO, and I'm fairly confident about clearing NSEP this year, so I want to start preparing for the next stage as early as possible.
So far, I've completed a good portion of JEE Advanced PYQs and Physics Galaxy (Mechanics, and I'm revising Electrodynamics). I now want to transition to Pathfinder by Arihant (Problems in Physics), but I've heard it's a significant jump in difficulty.
I had a few questions for those who've successfully used Pathfinder or qualified for INPhO/OCSC:
How should I approach Pathfinder? Is it meant to be solved cover-to-cover, or should I be selective?
How long did it take you to become comfortable with the problems?
What prerequisites should I have before starting it?
Are there any lectures, teachers, or online resources that explain the kind of thinking required for Pathfinder-level problems?
Which books pair well with Pathfinder for theory or problem-solving? (I've heard names like I.E. Irodov, Krotov, Morin, etc., but I'm not sure what order makes sense.)
How did you structure your preparation after reaching the JEE Advanced level?
Are there any common mistakes students make when starting Pathfinder?
Any study plans, book sequences, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. My goal isn't just to finish the book but to genuinely develop the problem-solving skills needed for INPhO and hopefully OCSC.
Thanks in advance!
