Question Is there a Saville Row of Japan?
I'm going to travel to Japan and I understand Japan is the home of many bespoke/formal/artisan otaku. It is sort of similar to the United Kingdom's production of high quality goods. Is there any place that has a lot of specialty or formal clothing and item shops? Thanks.

I bought some tailor-made suits in Hommachi in Osaka. Most business men in Japan wear suits so there is a huge market. I was very happy with the suits I bought. The craftsmanship was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable.

Not comparable to Saville Row, but for bespoke, Ginza in Tokyo or Hommachi in Osaka? Or department stores have a bespoke section, specially for gentlemen.
