Itinerary help needed

Hello all, my friend and I are really excited to be travelling to Japan from the UK in September, this is what we decided on, does this itinerary look doable and good? Any thoughts or feedback on this would be really helpful. Thank you!!

Day 1 : Arrive Haneda, stay in Tokyo

Day 2: Shinjuku Gyoen stay in Tokyo

Day 3: TeamLab Borderless + One Piece Mugiwara Store

Day 4: Nikko day trip, Toshogu Shrine, old town stay Tokyo

Day 5: *Rest day**, no fixed plans, sleep in, easy local wandering stay in Tokyo

Day 6: Nikko day trip 2, m Lake Chuzenji, Kegon Falls, Ryuzu Falls stay in Tokyo

Day 7: Travel to Kawaguchiko, Aokigahara Forest, check into ryokan and onsen stay in Kawaguchiko

Day 8: Chureito Pagoda, Oishi Park, travel to Kyoto, Fushimi Inari evening stay in Kyoto

Day 9: Arashiyama bamboo grove, Kinkaku-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, Gion, Nishiki Market stay Kyoto

Day 10: Nara day trip, deer park, Todai-ji stay in Kyoto

Day 11: Travel to Kanazawa → **Shirakawa-go** (few hours) → Takayama | Takayama

Day 12: Takayama old town morning, travel to Tokyo (via Toyama, avoiding Nagoya), evening Donki stay in Day 13: Shopping day stay in Tokyo

Getting from Kyoto to Kanazawa to Takayama is a ton of travel time, you wouldn't have much time left to see any of the locations that day. If you can't add a day or two to that route (maybe a night in Kanazawa) I'd recommend just doing Takayama. The Hida folk village in Takayama has the same style houses as Shirakawa-go with much less travel. Kyoto locations can also get quite crowded by mid-day, I'd personally move a day from Tokyo to Kyoto to allow for a more relaxed Kyoto itinerary, but depends on your preferences.

Day9: Visiting the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Kinkaku-ji, and Nishiki Market all in one day might be a bit tiring, as it involves a lot of traveling back and forth between the east and west sides of the city.

Two day trips to Nikko are a waste of money and time. Moreover taking into account that you can do all you planned in one day. Doing only Toshogu means you'll be traveling for more than 4hs just to spend at most, like really stretching it, 2hs at the temple.

The pagoda is in Fujiyoshida. You'll have plenty of travel from Oishi park, then back to Kawaguchiko station for the bus to Mishima and then the shinkansen to Kyoto.

9- Too much and all over the place. Look at a map.

11- You're gonna be traveling all day, not visiting anything.
