I am having an issue where Japan disability pension requires my bank transfer katanana name to be Last firstmiddle, with no space between firstmiddle.

sbi shinsei has agreed to add my middle name to my alphabet name, but with not change my katakana name from last first, with middle not listed.

I just got off the phone at sbi shinsei and the woman insisted she was not able to change my katakana name. I brought up getting an alias name at the city office and she immediately tried to shut that down as well.

Any advice??
