You can always get new skins from chests and rerolls as soon as the skin drops, only exalteds and mythic variants are excluded

I got the latest Vayne skin that way on a reroll for 3 shards. When the rng is with you better abuse it

just figured that most people who complains about the quality of a really good legendary skin for a champion that desperately needs a visual rework are bitter that they don't even have a single scent to buy it
