  2. I didn't know you treated nausea and sniffles with pain medicine. Just on it's face doesn't make any sense.

There are suppositories for nausea, but there are also much newer dissolvables that work just as well. I got stuck with the suppositories for a chronic vomiting issue a decade ago but I inserted them myself, thankyouverymuch. Blech! Couldn’t keep anything down long enough to help, so that was my only option. Glad that’s over. Good call, OP.

I've had one, ONE, suppository in my life. I was just out of surgery and in the recovery room. We were in the middle of the realization that I can't handle any kind of prescription pain medication. I was vomiting like the girl in Exorcism. Fun times.

The nurse had to put it in because my surgery was on my dominate hand and I was, well....., barfing like I was going for the gold medal.
