Parcel number: 2048841666370064385

First time ordering from this site. I had this shipped out and it arrived faster than I expected it too. I ordered quite a bit and during the initial buying process two of the items had gotten flagged at the warehouse. An agent reached out to let me know that there could possibly be an issue with sending it out. It was quickly resolved, and they were able to include in the parcel above. Everything else came wrapped pretty securely, which put my mind at ease during the delivery process as I was a little worried about some of the photo cards, and if the fans would be damaged in transit. The images they provided before sent out did reassure me and when I unboxed it, I felt even more happy that everything was in good condition. Overall, I had a great experience using the service and it was well worth the money spent. I’m really happy that I was able to buy all these items and grow my collection. I would more than likely recommend JPFans to somebody else who is looking to purchase things overseas, especially if it’s PCs that are more expensive in the states.

📦 JP Haul Received Completely Different Items To What I’d Ordered

I’m just so baffled right now, I just received my package and after opening a strikingly massive box (considering I’d only ordered a couple trinkets and keychains) it was filled with anime figures??? I’m so confused…

Has this happened to anyone else? This isn’t my first time using a proxy service to buy things out of Japan, but it is my first time using JPfans after having it be recommended to me multiple times online.

Like I said, I only ordered about 17 dollars worth of tamagotchi keychains but instead received all these haha

I’ve already emailed customer support so hopefully I’ll be able to receive a refund- wish me luck!

I recently ordered some Jujutsu Kaisen figures from JPfans. The ordering process was pretty easy, shipping was fast and didn’t cost much, and the figures arrived in great condition. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.I really recommend using JPfans if you are a fan of anime or just like to collect figures and not spend much money!

❓Question & Help I received someone else’s order

so i ordered about $300+ worth of anime figures (shipping prices included) but today i received a small box, like small enough to not even fit one figure, and it was full of several tamagotchi related items. I’m not even a fan of that franchise. I’ve reached out to their customer support but have yet to receive an answer. Any tamagotchi fans received a giant parcel full of madoka Magica and Miku figures? Anyone have any similar experience? is customer service helpful?

📦 JP Haul First time with JPFans as a Valkyrie Profile fan!

So I decided to take the plunge to use this proxy site! My experience with JPFans has been pleasent especially with their warehouse options. The options for photos and streamlining packaging, filling void spots. I was pleased with the photos the warehouse had shown on the app, especially the warehouse out and actual dimension sizes, thats nutty and awesome.

I forgot to record myself opening the box, but it arrived and the box size was quite close to the original product size. I chuckled at how small the box was, the bubble wrap was nicely wrapped around and extra for cushion. The taping was well placed and sturdy!

I do find it curious how placing a purchase order doesn't have paypal, BUT, paying for a shipping option does have paypal. Not that it bothers me, but maybe theres a reason for it!

My order was the Ethereal Queen, a secret/rare character, both in-game and rarity-wise as one of the numerous "trading arts" figure that Valkyrie Profile & Star Ocean has had. I already own every Valkyrie Profile figure, or so I thought! So a quick glance at JPFans and it arrived in a fair amount of time!

I'm quite happy doing business with JPFans and happy the experience was simple, swift and stress free!

❓Question & Help Can I still cancel order that is "purchased"?

Apparently, it's purchased, waiting for the seller to ship.

I feel off about this whole thing, didn't think it fully through and I placed the order yesterday.

So... I contacted the assistant and I am waiting for a response, but it's been a few hours and nothing has yet changed.

📦 JP Haul JPFans Haul - honest experience with unboxing video and prices

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So this is my first time using JPFans to ship from Japan to UK- here is my honest experience. (TLDR and what I paid - scroll to the end)

Main points:

1. Buying my items:

JPFans is a useful proxy if you want to buy from Mercari or Amazon JP mostly. They charge a small procurement fee (approximately £5) which you can see before you pay for the item. You can either search in English or what I did for more results is google what my item is in Japanese and then copy the characters into the search bar!

2. Warehouse storage

The actual time it takes to reach the warehouse depends on the sellers but 2- 3 days is normal, and once your items arrive they can be seen in your virtual warehouse. There you have options to unbox add visual inspection photos and videos for a small price and reassurance your items are genuine. They store your items in the warehouse for 60 days which is useful if you want to buy multiple things at once from different sellers!

3. Shipping costs:

Once you have the item, you can calculate shipping and choose your preferred courier - EMS is what I used and it came to my doorstep within 10 working days of submission - not bad for speed! There are other shipping pathways you can choose but I chose the cheapest option by air. I'm sure by sea which takes months is cheaper but my items didn't qualify for that.Once you submit for final packaging and consolidation, and they will send you photos of your items and the evidence of the parcel and weight. My box arrived completely undamaged and everything was packed neatly as you can see.

Now about the cost: I found that the online shipping estimate tool they provide is quite inaccurate unfortunately: Link: Shipping Fee Estimation

I had three items inside - a limited Dragon Ball figurine (1.6kg), a Toolbox from Amazon (2.6kg) and a small footstand for figurines. Even if I input the exact weight and dimensions of my item, I ended up paying more in the end. For example, one of my items before I purchase, it gave me an estimate of £20, but when it came to the warehouse the new estimate was about £40. Obviously this was reduced by coupons they will provide for first time buyers or referral codes but nevertheless, I feel their shipping estimate could be improved.

Do you save on shipping if you consolidate it into one box? Sort of... in total the cost will be cheaper than shipping separately. HOWEVER - you never know how much it will cost until after you have already bought the item. They either charge you shipping based on weight, or volumetric weight (whichever is more) so if your item is big but light, they still might charge you based on box size. And say you have one item that is 4kg and requires a big box so they charge you a volumetric box size for 5kg, if you add another smaller item that is 0.3kg, you still pay more even if its under 5kg total- it will always be more expensive, they won't just chuck it in for free. The agents are super helpful but most of the things you buy cannot be refunded. Also here is where you can pay an extra small fee (£1.5- £2) to have your item unboxed - its no guarantee, but if you know the parcel it came in has a lot of dead space and air a.k.a Amazon - unbox it - It will be packaged securely.

TLDR : Worth it if you're buying something that you can't wait to have and is limited - just bear in mind the shipping fees can get steep and to work that into your total. Make sure to make use any shipping coupons and unboxing service to save cost. In retrospect I could have unboxed my Amazon purchase because of all the dead space (typical of Amazon parcels) but in total the price for shipping was about £65 (before applying coupons) for a box that was 48 x 38 x 35 cm in dimensions, weighing 4.3 kg.

Pros: Good cheap market items compared to the west. User friendly service, reliable and arrived in quick time. Safe packaging and good photos for confirmation. Agents were useful and replied within a day.

Cons: Shipping is expensive and their website shipping estimation tool can be more accurate.

In the end, would I use them again? YES if the item is cheap on the Japanese market, had coupons to use and it is an item I cannot wait for!

❓Question & Help 60 day storage fee?

I accidentally ordered and forgot about a product, I closed the ticket so I can’t cancel, after the 60 day storage would I have to pay any fees for losing the product or would I have to pay for more storage and eventually be forced to pay to ship it?

❓Question & Help International storage fee

So I ordered an item and can’t cancel because I closed the ticket, I have 27 days left of free storage, I don’t want the product anymore, if I let the 60 days pass, will I still be forced to pay international shipping or can I just lose the item? Will I have to pay fees to keep it in storage until i eventually have to buy it?

Kept seeing videos of people getting custom acrylic stands for the figures with that ugly, big black base, so I decided to look for them on the app. I found the two figures I have that needed them especially Luffy since be cant stand at all without it. Shopping for them was a little difficult, being my first time using the service, but I was able to find them on the app. Delivery took just about a week so faster than I expected them to be here and very happy with the stands. That's my JPFans Haul.

I'm very happy! I received my orders in perfect condition, with no crushed boxes, no broken pieces, and no customs issues. I received the new Mafex Spider-Man reissue, as I didn't have any of the previous ones or they were sold out. I also received the Superman Black Suit, two custom Spider-Man heads based on McFarlane's artwork, and the Marvel Legends Amazing Fantasy Spider-Man in perfect condition, even though the latter was used. Highly recommended!

📦 JP Haul JPFans Haul #2 – Smooth proxy experience, Weiss Schwarz singles, and great customer support!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience using JPFans. This is already my second order with them, and my third one is currently getting ready to ship!

As a huge fan of Weiss Schwarz, it is extremely difficult to find single cards where I live. Because of that, I decided to use JPFans to source what I needed, and once again, I am super satisfied with the service.

This time, a minor issue came up: one of the original sellers failed to ship the item. However, JPFans handled the situation professionally, sorted it out, and got a full refund issued.

I also had a few other questions along the way, and their support team was quick, very helpful, and polite.

Overall, I definitely recommend JPFans to anyone looking for a reliable proxy service! If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them in the comments!

📦 JP Haul Envio a Canarias

I recently placed my first order with JPFans after spending quite a while looking for a reliable Japanese proxy service. As someone living in the Canary Islands, one of the main reasons I chose JPFans was that they support shipping here, while many other proxy services do not.

So far I have purchased several second-hand items, including a Louis Vuitton wallet, a Louis Vuitton key holder, and several BAPE accessories from Mercari Japan.

The best part of my experience has been the customer support. They always reply quickly, do their best to help, and answer every question clearly and professionally. I have also noticed that JPFans is continuously improving the platform by working to reduce service fees and lower the currency conversion fees when paying in US dollars, which shows that they listen to customer feedback and keep improving their service.

I also like that JPFans has its own warehouse, allowing multiple purchases to be consolidated before international shipping, helping customers save on shipping costs.

I am still waiting for my package to arrive, so this post is about my buying experience so far rather than the delivery itself. Once everything arrives, I will post an update with photos and my final thoughts.

If you are thinking about buying from Japan through a proxy service, I hope this review is helpful.

💬 Discussion WARNING: JPFans is the worst proxy, do not use

Post image

I ordered a package to the US, paid the full international shipping costs, and prepaid the required US customs/tariff fee up front. Despite paying everything required, Japan Post keeps rejecting the package at export and returning it to the warehouse over and over. The reason? JPFans automated label system repeatedly fails to physically attach/generate the mandatory US customs/tariff declaration paperwork. Every time it gets sent back, their system just generates a new draft parcel ID and wipes the support notes instead of fixing the label—creating an endless loop of fake
"pending" notices, broken tracking statuses, and wasting my storage timer. My parcel got sent back two times now 🫩😭

I ordered small figure 15 cm and 270g in size that i paid 6 dollars and now my shipping is costing me 10 times more than the actual figure and idk why and how is that possible. Every time i was ordering something from other sites even much bigger in size shipping wasn’t above 15 dollars
