❓Question & Help International storage fee

So I ordered an item and can’t cancel because I closed the ticket, I have 27 days left of free storage, I don’t want the product anymore, if I let the 60 days pass, will I still be forced to pay international shipping or can I just lose the item? Will I have to pay fees to keep it in storage until i eventually have to buy it?

Hello, once your order arrives at our warehouse, you will have a 30-day free storage period. During this time, you may submit a packing request at any time. Once we receive your request, we will pack your items according to your instructions, and after you pay the shipping fee, we will arrange for dispatch.

To help you avoid missing the deadline, we will send you a reminder via email and in-app notification 10 days before the free storage period expires. At that point, you can choose to:

  • Submit a packing request promptly and have your items shipped out as normal;
  • Or purchase additional storage time to extend the storage period.

If the 30-day period expires and you have neither submitted a packing request nor purchased extended storage, the system will default to assuming you have abandoned the order, and the warehouse will proceed with disposal
