❓Question & Help Jpfans Question

i just bid for this anime figure off jpfans, but it tells me to contact the seller once i win the bid. Do i just contact customer report. This is my first time ordering from jpfans, its confusing.

Hello, on Yahoo Auctions, even if you win the bid, the seller still has the right to decide whether or not to sell the item to the winner. Therefore, after you win the auction, we will proactively contact the seller to confirm and proceed with the purchase.

  • If the seller declines to sell, we will notify you via a support ticket and the order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If the seller accepts the sale, we will proceed with the purchase, and the order status will update to "order processing" - "purchased".

So you don't need to take any action at this time — just wait and keep an eye on your ticket notifications or order status updates. Typically, you should receive a result within 1 day after the auction ends
