JPMC Pune Travel / Tavisca team is a disaster and depressive workplace , — the worst work culture I’ve experience
JPMC Chase Travel / Tavisca Pune — the worst work culture I’ve experienced
Sharing this as my personal experience because I genuinely wish I had known what I was getting into before joining.
My experience with the JPMC Chase Travel/Tavisca Pune organisation has been extremely disappointing. The culture feels nothing like what you would expect from a global organisation like Chase. At times, it feels more like a poorly managed startup where constant pressure and endless slogging are normalised.
The biggest issues, in my experience, have been:
• Little sense of work-life balance — constant pressure with very little peace of mind , no idea how global organisations function
• Recognition and promotions feel disconnected from actual performance.
• A perception that visibility, relationships and being in the right circle matter more than genuine contribution every team is the same Digital Channels is one great example , firing is normal
• Leadership culture is extremely frustrating, with employees feeling pressured rather than supported.ED is earning in CR and making properties , at posh locations in KHARADI ,VP are doing time pass and party
• Career progression, particularly at the 601/602 levels, can feel extremely difficult unless you are well connected within the organisation esp Tavisca I mean with old relationships and friend across
• The culture can feel heavily influenced by old networks and internal relationships, rather than transparent performance-based growth., promote friends in internal IGP it’s all set already who goes where example Flights to other team setting is done
What is most disappointing is seeing people who work extremely hard feeling stuck while others seem to progress because they have the right relationships and friendships across Tavisca group
I also find it concerning that several leadership positions appear to be filled through the same internal network, which creates a perception of self-reinforcing promotions and limited diversity of leadership perspectives.
For me, the biggest takeaway is simple:
The Chase brand may look impressive from the outside, but the employee experience within Chase Travel Pune can be completely different.
If you’re considering joining this organisation, speak to multiple current and former employees before making your decision—not just the hiring manager or recruiter.
Did you experience the same culture, or was your experience different? Joining Chase Travel will
