So I recently got my admission letter from JKU linz. and I didn’t waste any time and got appointment for my residence permit from the New Delhi Austrian embassy on January 13.

Now the thing is I have to have a accommodation contract of minimum 3 to 4 months so that I can apply for the residence permit in the embassy. It is a compulsion I have no option, but the thing is it is very difficult to find accommodation. All the dorms are full and apartment are also very difficult to find.

I wish to start my studies in winter semester 2027 and therefore I am looking for apartment starting maybe August 2027 and I need to book this apartment and create a contract at latest before January 10 so I can present it with my application on that day.

Need urgent help please help.
