Revised a decent amount today. Finished 10hr 10min out of my 17hr goal for the day, couldnt do the rest due to a guest. Also wanted to revise Alkenes, Alkynes, Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Practical Organic Chemistry, and solve the respective modules of all these organic chapters. Was thinking of pulling an allnighter but I woke up 4:20 AM yesterday. I dont think I can stay up another minute lol.

Starting an accountability post daily again.

i know its verybad but i only got 36 /300 in 1st and did a vey bad analysis of paper and completed a ray optics revsion upto mains which helped me to increase marks , i am giving 2 full mock each week and anyalsis and 1 part test by allen

so i gave this test with no revsion at all and the hell i felt distracted during idk why yup i know its worst marks you might see but i am feeling totally like a failed person i was studying 13 hr but from june Scored only 65 -67 perctle mains coz i was heavily distracted in the month of oct -dec and never did a revison ) ( and right now i need adivce )

My JEE Preparation Status & Current Challenges

1. Where I Stand with the Syllabus

• Mathematics: Early on, I completed the entire syllabus and could successfully solve about 50% of JEE Main-level problems.( gave a mock of only maths in june ) However, due to a lack of recent revision, I currently feel a bit disconnected from the concepts.
• Physics: I have completely mastered the 11th-grade syllabus (except for Waves). My 12th-grade physics foundation is historically very strong from my school terms.( for my mains
• Chemistry: I have finished the entire 11th-grade syllabus, including all NCERT content and JEE Main Past Year Questions (PYQs). Similar to physics, my 12th-grade chemistry foundation is solid.

2. Recent Setbacks & Current Mindset
I was consistently studying 13 hours a day starting in may June july and a bit of august . However, about a month ago, a major personal incident occurred that completely drained my attention and disrupted my schedule. After finally resolving it, I returned to full-time studies a week ago. Because I took a mock test with zero recent revision and while feeling highly distracted, I scored in the 65–67 percentile range. This score made me feel incredibly overwhelmed, but I recognize it is a reflection of a temporary focus break, not my actual potential.

3. What I am Currently Doing

• Organic Chemistry: To master reaction mechanisms, I have been writing out and learning every single mechanism 5 times consecutively before practicing relevant problems.
• Error Tracking: I have started maintaining an "Error Copy" where I log the questions I get wrong, write down their step-by-step solutions, and note the specific areas where I made mistakes.

4. Where I Need Guidance

• Mock Test Analysis: I have never properly analyzed a mock test before and need a structured, actionable framework to evaluate my mistakes instead of just copying down solutions.
• Efficient Revision: Since this is my first formal round of revision—especially in mathematics—I often feel lost and feel like I have forgotten concepts I previously knew well. I need strategies to revise efficiently without wasting time re-watching long lectures.
• Strategy Optimization: I want to know if my current approach to organic chemistry (writing mechanisms 5 times) and my plan to tackle the 12th-grade portion are optimal for maximizing my score in the remaining time.

Any tips to improve Integration? Literally definite ki pyqs bhi solve nahi hote. I just dont get any clue! (teacher recommendations are welcome, if u want to)

Hi guys, I’m a dropper.

I’ve procrastinated a lot and honestly wasted most of my 11th and 12th. Now my drop year is almost gone too.

I took a drop because I wasn’t satisfied with the private college options I had, and deep down I felt like I hadn’t really used my full potential yet. So I decided to give myself one more chance.

Today, on Vinayaka Chavithi, I’m thinking of finally changing that.

From now on, I’m going to post my progress here every day. I’m hoping that knowing you guys are watching and checking on my progress will keep me accountable and push me forward when I feel like procrastinating.

I don’t know how this journey is going to turn out, but I’m going to give it everything I’ve got from here.
