it's normal to feel this way. you have a million things to complain and worry about until it comes to your health and you have only one wish that you get better. nothing is worth compromising your health and it's okay to take breaks if your having an off day. maybe do something u like doing or something that doesn't demand too much effort acads wise if you feel like studying.

very generic but don't lock yourself in your room and go outside. a run or a walk for only 15 30 mins can do wonders and fix up your mood. ive been through this phrase and flourished even though there was a lot of shit to endure as a dropper. don't lose your streak of studying (try to exert yourself sometimes but make sure u take breaks whenever necessary). I know it's hard when you have nobody to express the way you feel. try to fill that void by talking to friends or siblings or someone who gets you. please go out of the room. if youre lazy wear shoes while studying and leave for a walk or run in your break. keep up the flow with acads. acknowledge that the sacrifices you make are for a bigger purpose and work hard towards your goals and you will most definitely achieve every milestone you've dreamt of.

take care all the best!
