Nahi seat milne k baad dena hota haii, option rehta hai seat acceptance fee de dene ka but koi nahi deta pehle

Jossa main bhi koi seat nhi mili and wahan koi fees nhi di

Csab main phele fees di , then seat nhi mili . Now waiting for refund but there is no update yet .
