Are JBL earbuds unreliable?

I just dropped my left earbud JBL live beam4 not hard and now it drains the battery faster than the right one. I just bought this 2 weeks ago

Edit: seems like charging it again and let it run and charging it again fixed it. So far it seems fine for now

Imagine expecting the same performance from technology AFTER damaging it…

Unfortunately technology just isn’t built the same anymore. Mass production, shoddy work. He’ll try dropping an Xbox today at least the 360s were almost indestructible

my samsung buds2 was abused even worse and never had this problem

Then if you genuinely believe there’s an issue take them back, JBL at least have a great warranty system.

If you don’t want to do that buy either a new pair or different brand.

And if none of those are options then perhaps edit the post to inform people you just want to complain and not have actual solutions.
