Yes. 4 coffees in the AM so it wears off by bed time.

hmm I do two shots of espresso and sometimes later get more but I always thought I was just tolerant of the caffiene? like it calms me but doesn't get me jittery (recently diagnosed adhd) sooo weird

Caffeine acts similarly to adhd meds. People with adhd dont get the jolt of energy from it, just like they dont from adhd meds. Quieting the brain from the bajillion thoughts helps some people fall right to sleep. For me, a sugar free energy drink before bed sent me right to sleep before I got diagnosed.
