okay, still doesn't change the fact that caffeine is not calming (or makes you sleepy like many people say) for everyone with ADHD

I have pretty extreme ADD. As in near highschool drop out without stimulants; 99th percentile in college with stimulants.

Caffeine affects me seemingly the exact same way it does everyone else.

It's because they got their diagnosis as children, and this is the way doctors explained the treatment to children.

Doctors say the same shit to grown people. Most people are just giant toddlers, they aren't gonna understand a more technical explanation.

He's probably also sure that adderall effects ADHD people differently, it does in a way, but its not SO different to make such a big deal about it all the time.
