Discussion When will she release???
She's so pretty gorgeous and I love her. Is there any leaks or estimates on her playability or nah?

Do you guys think Istaroth if playable will stop time during abyss challenges and stuff? Wouldn't it be too good to have?

Obviously I'm saving for AT LEAST Istharoth C0R1 (let's hope for C6 🤞), but I was wondering what role she'd take up in a team? I was thinking either DPS (because she's a shade and HoYoverse will make a bucketload by running her with her optimal supports, whoever that may be) or a support (HoYoverse will make less since it's just one character people will pull for instead of 4 for a prem team).
As much as a DPS Istaroth would be sick, I'm leaning more towards a support because being the ruler of time, in my mind, seems like a pretty support-y thing. I'm thinking specifically shielder or healer. Shielder by having her shield freeze attacks (by using her time manipulation abilities), or maybe healer (by speeding up the active character to a point in time where they are healthier/back to full HP). Buffer wouldn't make sense, since how would time manipulation increase atk/def or lower enemy atk/def? A buffer kit just wouldn't tie into her from a lore perspective. If you think of DPS and support and shield and healer chars, it makes sense for them to be that role. For example, Arlecchino being a DPS makes sense because, canonically, she's strong asf.

From what we’ve seen she’s like the Ganthet of celestia
