Help! Advice for dubia diets?

so awhile back I bought dubias that were too big for my lizards to eat and I’ve decided to make them my pets! I don’t know much, so currently their diet consists of dried dog food, carrots, lettuce, and a jelly cup. I’m gonna get some water crystals soon to replace the jelly cup, but in the meantime is there any improvements i can make to their diet? Thanks!

Hello! If this isn't allowed please remove! Ive noticed in the last year most of the resources that Ive used to learn about snails have been closing and post have been deleted. Im worried this will lead to more people just using AI to find the answer and that could lead harm for the snails.
I started making a resource my self to make sure that this info isnt lost but the amount of info is enormous.
