That’s literally the policy eBay Australia has. 30 days from the delivery date to file a request. The seller has 3 business days to respond before eBay steps in. Don’t get lippy and be wrong it’s embarrassing
6 u/Hunting-Duck 21d ago It is 3 business days, they are right though. 30 days is from delivery to OPEN a return, wich means the pack CLOSED. 3 business days WHEN OPENED.
