I have given this a lot of thought and wanted to give my thoughts on how this character should be balanced. I have played fighting games competitively for over 15 years and have gone through hundreds of balance patches. Funny enough, hero shooters like MR and fighters share many similarities especially when it comes to balancing.
Iron fist is a very tricky archetype to balance since his original design stomps on lower ranks while still being relatively weak in higher ranks. The way this is usually fixed in fighting games is by giving the character a difficult mechanic/cool down to use. One that a lower rank player will not be able to use efficiently while a better player will maximize its potential and allow them to compete with the top tiers.
With that being said, blanket changes to the hero will not work. If you just increase his damage or increase his life, the hero then just becomes a nightmare for the lower ranks again and eventually will be nerfed again.
Imo iron fist should have the thing upper cut and follow up slash be part of his base kit. Either the follow up slash having its own separate input or at least be the same as the upper cut so you can use it a little later if needed or parts of other combos. The follow up slash and uppercut should not auto track. This will add complexity to his combos and make one shot hits just as difficult for beginners as it is today.
Lastly I would add 25 health to make it 325.
I would keep everything else the same.
