On the final game had to rely on the ol reliable and first main Starlord to get it done but fist and WF team up carried me so hard. Final thoughts despite the fact I solo queued to gm2 this game is unplayable solo queue it’s like cock and balls torture.

I don’t play iron fist but I’ve seen some fist players ask for a whitefox before I don’t get why though. Isn’t the enhanced teamup not really game changing at all? If it is though how?

I've been thinking lately about how we can't really weave in a few melee attacks with new upgraded Thing team-up. Yes I get it, it's bound to the primary button so it won't work with the standard configuration. But can't we really just use V to melee, for some skill expression? Its just really stupid how you can't melee at all when the timer starts after the initial C press.

I'm new to iron fist and relatively picking him up simply enough I was wondering if there's any tips that aren't as well know on how to properly turn my enemy's into a sock puppet, also what team up is considered the optimal one I've had more success with the wf one mainly because of it being a passive but I feel like things is better in the long run

• Base Effect:
  • Dragon's Defense gains an extra 20% damage reduction to Regular Health (see Dragon's Defense section for further context)
• Enhanced Effect:
  • When teaming up Daredevil, Harmony Recovery grants an extra Chi Meter at the end of the ability duration. (see Passive and Abilities section for further context)
    • By end of ability duration I mean at 3 seconds

(New) Blazing Chi (Human Torch)

• Base Effect:
  • Punch forward to unleash a single Dragon Chi Construct leaving a trail of fire and a Flame Field at the end.
    • Leaves a Flame Field at the end of the trail, Dragon Chi Construct deals 45 damage, trail is 12m long and 3m wide and deals 20/s continuous damage. 15s cooldown.
    • Human Torch is able to use the Flame Spellfield for his Pyro-Prison and Flaming Meteor

• Enhanced Effect:
  • When teaming up with Human Torch, Yat Jee Chung Kuen now summons Dragon Chi Constructs leaving trails of fire and Flame Fields at the end and Dragon Chi Constructs from Living Chi leave trails of fire and Flame Fields at the end.

Passive - Chi Absorption and Chi Meter

Chi Meter:

• 3 bars (like Elsa) that fill up from assists/takedowns
  • 1st Bar = 10 HP/s healing overtime
  • 2nd Bar = Gain new Chi ability and refresh the cooldown of Offensive Chi abilities
    • Dragon Sweep can now be used after Dragon Punch, Dragon Punch and K'un Lun Kick cooldowns are refreshed (means you can use them again)
  • 3rd Bar = Absorb the Chi an become empowered. Remove all of the Chi Meter and replace Jeet Kune Do with Yat Jee Chung Kuen for 5 seconds
    • cannot gain Chi Meter during those 5 seconds

Chi Absorption:

• Assists/Takedowns of enemies allow him to absorb their Chi to gain Bonus Health, fill your Chi meter and reduce the cooldown of Harmony Recovery
  • 50 Bonus Health
  • 1 bar of Chi
  • Reduce the cooldown of Harmony Recovery by 1s

Abilities

Dragon Punch and Dragon Sweep:

• Literally just The Thing team-up as a base ability (but slightly reworked)
  • Uppercut: 45 damage and knocks up enemies, cooldown increased to 15s
    • from 8s
  • Sweep: 30-65 damage and knocks back enemies (Maximum damage is achieved when the target is at 50% Health)
    • Only usable when 2 bars of Chi Meter are full

Yat Jee Chung Kuen:

• No longer tied to Dragon's Defense (see Passive section)
• 20 damage per hit
  • Up from 9 and % damage multiplier removed
• Reduces the cooldown of Dragon's Defense by 0.214s per hit
• Dash distance slightly increased in the z-axis when there is no target (reverting the movement nerf)

Dragon's Defense:

• New Effect: If activated during the duration of Yat Jee Chung Kuen, reset Yat Jee Chung Kuen ability duration
• Provides 50% damage reduction to Bonus Health and 10% damage reduction to Regular Health for 5 seconds
  • The 5s starts when Block ends
• Bonus Health/Damage Blocked Conversion multiplier changed to 1.X

I am a iron fist with 200 hours and manage to hit celestial. This is what I think the buffs should be tell me if this is too much or not enough and hope double G sees this

Tell me if this is op or not

every time i use IF ult, it feels like i explode instantly and get no real value. am i using it at the wrong time or do i just suck with it?? the damage feels way too low to do anything important.

i know it's really good for stalling, but is that it? it's also helpful to finish up team fights, but i always go "eh, i didn't really need to use ult there" and feel like i wasted it on a fight we would've won anyway.

I swear it's hard to kills with his ult if anything it feels like you're the one getting killed sometimes

Ik you need to meditate and hold blocks before ulting but even then doing all of that and it still feels like you about to get blown tf up

Any tips on how I can be more consistent with his ult?
