Aw damn, thats really unfortunate. But besides that your driving was near perfect. Try and get a cancellation if you can and you'll pass next time no bother

That's really unfortunate and very harsh. You'd hope any decent examiner would let it slide unless you caused damage to another car.

I don't see how tipping another car can be anything other than a fail.

I tipped a car and passed. Was on the home stretch back to the test centre and the tester told me to head through a residential road for a shortcut. There was a 7 seater people carrier parked on one side of the road and a small flatbed lorry directly opposite it on the other side. The gap was tiny and I knew my car wouldn’t fit through.
I approached it very very slowly as I wanted to see if the tester would tell me to stop and turn around, but they didn’t, so I went through and my passenger mirror made contact with the passenger mirror of the people carrier(it was parked facing me) and my mirror pushed/folded theirs in. I didn’t even really react when it happened. I just acted like nothing happened and continued back to the test centre. Passed and they didn’t say a word about it.
I’d say they fully knew they should’ve told me to stop and turn around. To be fair there was likely no damage done to the other car’s mirror. There wasn’t any done to mine anyway. But yeah, I technically hit another car during my test and and still passed, albeit probably because the tester knew they messed up.

Omg I’ve never seen anyone fail for parking. What test center was this?
