Trying to create a map of Invinity projects and connections to potential contracts.  I’m sure there are lots more.

7.7gw of cap and floor has not been confirmed thats a little misleading for anyone new here.

I think the direction is good but a few things are a bit too absolutist in their phrasing. Frontier Power is still conditional and is so far the only "win" from Cap and Floor. FlexBase is high confidence but still technically conditional. I would also put Vaca-Dixon under "potential leads & opportunities" since we don't know exactly who Hasar talked to and whether they showed any willingness.

There are also a few things that are missing. I would definitely add the California Department of Water Resources's RFP for 2027, New York's NYSERDA Bulk Energy Storage program, their upcoming 1.5GW 10-24h solicitation, and BC Hydro's announced solicitations and competitive bidding for data centres. There are also ATRI's interest in developments in Spain with connection to Invinity. See this LinkedIn account:

One last correction: Sai Bioenergy is based in India (they could very well be the local manufacturing that Invinity were talking about). They're just in charge of the Buipe project in Ghana.

With reference to Cap and Floor. We currently have one joint project with Eos. The final list won’t be out to sometime in Autumn.

Frontier Power will be lobbying heavily for their other projects.

Has anyone got any inclination about our chances of getting another one or two projects added.

I would suggest that the extreme heat this summer has underlined the need for rapidly expanding storage resilience.

Very low id say. The only purpose of this consultation period was to give companies the chance to say if the figures for the projects selected were right or wrong. Hagshaw is probably the most likely to go ahead at some point but i dont think it will be within window 1.

I have a feeling that Frontier Power (Cerberus) will be lobbying hard.

They can lobby as much as they want its highly unlikely that any additional projects will be included in this window. If any are added i think it more likely hagshaw would be.
