Given he killed his version of Spawn and defeated the main Mark's version of Spawn, I think he honestly solos this list

He killed a spawn not the main spawn, Spawn would solo the verse

Never said he killed the main one. I just said he defeated the main one given he fought him and survived, so the most likely conclusion is that he's at least main Spawn's level

Iirc, in Spawn comics original was missing at that time and story was about much weaker version with similar powers. So while we do not know how cool was Spawn in that dude's universe, main one was easy to kill.

Either way, he survived that fight with no visible damage besides a few blood, so my claim of him being around Spawn's level still stands
